      glasses were shipped and couldnt see out of them. should have been progressives. resent prescription which is the same as the sunglasses i bought from RX optical. glasses usa did not want to use that prescription so i was approved for a refund. said 7-10 days and now @ 15 days. i called to get an update to be blown off again by their live person. I have been dealing with this bad order since march.. it is now July! wit no real resolution!

      GlassesUSA allowed me to send my glasses back and change prescription after my Doctor had to change my prescription axis. All I had to do was drop them off at a drop off store ( 5 minutes from my home.) There was NO charge and it was my Doctors fault . Amazing ????

      Exceptionally unhelpful customer service that has been outsourced to artificial intelligence and the agent I got would not answer my direct questions. I ordered emergency replacement glasses almost two weeks ago, and when I track the order which supposedly shipped on Monday, the glasses show as not in transit at all, let alone a date of expected delivery. Depending on how this turns out, I may be filing a complaint.

      I placed an order for a pair of glasses over a month and a half ago and still have not received them. I cannot talk to an actual employee to get an answer. The virtual assistant is not helpful at all and I would not purchase again from them in the future.

      Product was shipped late 2 weeks late after I paid for expedite shipping. When I requested to exchange my glasses, I had to call 5 times just to get a shipping label, and that took 2 weeks. When I shipped the product back they will not process my exchange and will not send me no email confirmation of any information. Do not do business with this company. Poor customer service, and no information giving to address customers issues. Order

      Glasses arrived and were not the correct size. Tried to talk with someone about correcting the problem and was unable to reach someone to help me. Their web-based contact had no ability to check the sizing and I got complete runaround on email, phone contacts and web site contact mechanisms.Completely unsatisfactory customer service. Should be avoided.

      Horrible Glasses USA sent my glasses to the wrong state similar address customer reps are trained to pretend like they are taking care of your request for a refund by saying you will receive an e mail for refund the first request will be the only fake e mail it's been over a month each live rep blows you off with quick talk claiming an e mail will reach you that never comes..ive read so many reviews on rip offs from these guys that it's starting to appear that this company runs an on line legal scamming business nothing has been done about these thieves...where is the help so they don't continue to steal...people are also complaining that the name brands are not authentic after spending hundreds of dollars

      I ordered contacts over a week ago. Received an email saying my prescription didn't match what I entered. For the last 4 days I've been trying to reach them by phone and email and all you get is a recording and directions to use the chat option. We'll the chat is pretty much a robot that is no help at all! I can't even talk to an actual person to verify my prescription (that I've uploaded 3 times). Yet, they have debited my bank acct for the full amount of my order but the order is on hold. Makes no sense!

      Glasses USA is a joke! They say you can call there hotline but it just connects you to their AI chat where they make excuses like crazy. If you do get to talk to a person they'll just make you a bunch of promises that they don't keep. Like upgrading my shipping. I ordered my glasses on Easter and they needed a correction when they did come after about a month. Now it is the 9th of July and there has just been excuse after excuse and they didn't upgrade my shipping or do anything to compensate me for the extremely long wait time. Lousy company
