      My recent order was my third one from GlassesUSA and I guarantee it won't be the last. The selection of frames is amazing and I've always found just what I was hoping for. The lenses have been true to the prescription and are durable. On the last two orders that I've placed I've selected frames that are their own brand and they are every bit as attractive and well-made as those from well-known brands and for a lot less money. Overall, I can't fault GlassesUSA on anything.

      Glasses USA employed a tactic of low pricing and then additional for virtual eye exam after purchase. When I emailed to cancel my order they send the same template message asking for my prescription again and again with no resolution. Basically, there is NO customer service. Do not purchase with them unless you would like to waste your time and money.

      I like the style but the bi-focals are not good. Will need progressives.

      I received my glasses they did not fit well, and hurt my head and the prescription was wrong. I couldnt see with them at all. I returned them and They refunded my money.

      Glasses were pretty good when I received them. They just needed to be adjusted a little tighter so they wouldn't keep slipping down. That is the only downside to ordering online. The customer service for adjustments and correcting problems. The price was great so I guess you have to expect some downside.

      This is my third set of Oakley glasses from GlassesUSA.. Everything went smoothly. My first set of progressive lenes. Still adjusting to them. Positive experience.

      I needed to get them replaced, and had the hardest time trying to talk to a person. The chat is not sufficient all the time. I returned them to get them fixed. Could not see out of them unless I was looking down.

      Pretty much went as hoped for the whole process. Glasses arrived as expected, after a relatively long wait (I ordered three pairs, but it took a full month for them to arrive), and the purchasing process was standard, outside of having some initial issues getting my HSA card to be accepted.
