      This is my 3rd or 4th pair from glasses USA.. I wasn't always completely satisfied with the quality, but this latest pair seem fine. For example one pair had a scratch-resistant film that start peeling off after a couple of years, and another pair of polarized sunglasses were not uniformly polarizing over the areas of the lenses. For this latest pair, I chose not to go with the free lenses and paid a little extra for the thinner, lightweight lenses and I'm really happy that I did because the glasses are lighter and lenses are much higher quality.

      While the glasses were done well, customer service is not even close to standard. There is a phone number to call for issues which takes you to a website with only an automated chat bot available. My shipment was supposed to include two pair of glasses but only one was delivered, the second pair lost. No matter how hard I tried, I could not reach a live person and the chat bot didnt have an option to report a missing delivery. Finally, I found an email address for public relations at the bottom of the web page and emailed that address to express my concerns. Thereafter, I received an email apologizing for the lost order (instead of one package, glasses were packed in two separate packages but with the same tracking number) and the original order was redone and shipped. When youre dealing with an online-only business (no brick and mortar stores) its imperative that you provide live people to handle customer service. The three stars are for the glasses which were done well.

      After working with a customer service rep. I still got ********************** that one could not have prisms in the lenses. The other pair were cancelled in the middle of the production because they weren't able to do prisms.I think these will be the last glasses I order from Glassesusa.com I have had too many returns and not any satisfaction for my prescriptions.Customer service is all automated and takes for ever to get a person to chat with! Laborious at best. Chat bot only responds to specific prearranged questions. Basically, sell a product but absolutely no contact. Thought this would be a good company but have had nothing but issues since my third order.

      I accidentally smashed my Revel speed prescription sunglasses in the hatch door of my SUV. The site doesn't repair frames and the lenses were fine, so I ordered frames with non-prescription lenses for $62. I was able to press my prescription lenses into the new frames, saving my sunglasses.

      Received my glasses and they fit and look satisfactorily. Frames are on the smaller side, but I would recommend GlassesUsa.

      Received my glasses, but was out of town for a few weeks. Tried them on cant see anything. Can only talk to machine. Sent an email. They said sorry. Return time has expired. Wow. They just lost my business.

      They took my money, and made it difficult to get a refund. There are NO live people to talk to on phone or thru so called 24/7 live help.

      left lens was scratched even though I paid for scratch protection. They came this way. Now I have to send them back, but my old glasses broke, so I am dependent on glasses to see. Without them, I can't drive, watch TV or even see who I am talking to. I asked if they could just send a new left lens, but to no avail. Since they came this way, they should replace them and then I can send back the defective pair, since it is imperative that I am able to see. I will change my rating if this is corrected.

      When glasses arrived the right lens had fallen out. Trying to get a response from glassesUSA is almost impossible! A ************* place fixed them. The stri g that goes under the lens is still slightly loose. Not manufactured properly!
