    Im deeply dismayed by the utterly unprofessional conduct of *************************** and All Boro Environmental | All Boro Tank Testing. Over a year ago, we paid in full for a new boiler installation, expecting a smooth process. What we got instead was a complete disaster.After starting the project, they abruptly halted work and vanished without a trace. For months, our attempts to reach out to *************************** went unanswered, and the office proved to be a black hole for communication. We were left with incomplete work, no permit applications filed, and mounting frustration.To make matters worse, it has come to light that *************************** did not only fail to complete our project but also scammed everyone involved. The contractors, including the boiler seller and the engineer, were not paid for their work. This deceitful behavior compounded our problems and resulted in significant financial losses for multiple parties.Their neglect forced us into a situation where we had to rent a temporary boiler, incurring considerable additional costs and major inconvenience. The total lack of accountability and disregard for our concerns have been the worst business experience Ive ever encountered.*************************** and All Boro Environmental left us in a dire financial predicament, compelling us to hire another company to finish what they abandoned. We are now left with no option but to pursue legal action to recover our losses. Avoid this company at all costs to spare yourself the same disastrous experience. Their service is not just subpar; its a textbook case of fraud.

    We contracted this company in February ********************************* our home. After installation, the company has already returned three times to try to fix a leak related to different parts of the installation. To date, we still have a leak and now we have been waiting over a month for the company to reach out to rectify the issue again. I didn't think a new installation would cause this much frustration. If you have the option to hire a different company then do so. Totally dissatisfied with the service and the response time.
