    What the representative for the area is friendly, the company is unsupportive to their customers. The first issue that I experienced was that the thickness listed on the website for the tile was incorrect. After buying ******** tile edge pieces As a custom order, I discovered that the tile was a quarter inch thinner than stated on their website. This is a significant difference.The second issue that I experienced is that I purchased a tile was rated V2. When it arrives, the tile did not have the same undertones as the two samples that were provided in the showroom where I had initially discovered the tile and liked it. These two samples in the showroom have cream and taupe undertones or the tile that arrived is cool and blue.The business is not open to discussing these matters and are quick to say no when compromise and potential solutions are presented to them. The variation in their tile is significant and is rated incorrectly. Their tile is not listed with correct thickness. Lastly, their attitude to work with their vendors and consumers is disgraceful. My client wished to return the tile and to have tile sent that has the original sample undertones shipped to us. They said no and that they would offer us a credit if we purchased a different tile from their company. I have never experienced a company so unwilling to work with their vendors and consumers.
