      I bought today a TOBLERON chocolate, it is fake, the package is fake, it is not like the original chocolate, it test terrible. The business didn't want to return my $9,79 that I pay for a terrible fake chocolate. It is not fro the real company in ************The manager refused to return my money. the police agree that is fake and recommended me to write a complain here to get my money back

      Bought curtains tried to return them in original package. Accused of returning damaged curtains. They were exactly how I purchased them. The rude clerk and owner refused a refund or exchange.

      Horrible quality sheets!!!! Jembro has a policy that if the package is opened, you cannot return the merchandise. Well, fair enough. However, the sheets were packaged with a ribbon-band around them in a 9 1/2 inch By 3 1/2 Inch Plastic. I sent a photo of the packaging. So, the ONLY WAY to see the quality of the sheets was to OPEN THE PACKAGE!!! I purchased on Saturday, 5/6/23 and when I got home, of course, I opened the package of the Full Sheet Set. The material quality was so poor that the bandannas that I purchased at Jembro was of better quality material at ************************************************************************************* one washing and dryer experience!!! I spoke to the customer service Rep and the Manager at ********************** today, Sunday 5/7/23. I showed them the sheet that I opened, the mattress sheet from the package right in the store with a line of customers behind me . There are men handkerchiefs made out of better quality material to blow their noses than these sheets!!! Jembro would not give me a refund because of their policy. I am seeking a refund for these poor quality sheets and they must change their policy to sell sheets as Target and ** ****** stores where you can see the quality of the sheets prior to purchasing the merchandise. JEMBRO SHOULD NOT SELL THIS MERCHANDISE AT ALL!!!!
