      My concern is with the last 285 dollars I spent since Dec to April and their disregard for client feelings, needs, and well being. The last two yoga instructor were abruptly fired or left with no info from Dr J*** or her staff. No Credits or apologies.

      This complaint is from a yoga student who has purchased / received the following between July 2023 and today:- 7ea drop in yoga passes - 2ea 10 pack class passes- 1ea unlimited yoga monthly pass- 5 free / complimentary classes She currently has 10 days left on her current pass and is welcome to use it by 5/11/24 when it will expire.  We have 5 teachers on staff and offer 2-3 classes daily.  Her comments refer to confidential HR information she likely heard from an ex-yoga instructor who made the decision to resign on 4/27/24.  We will not be extending a refund since she has received (and enjoyed) services and is welcomed to continue attending classes through 5/11/24 when her pass will expire.  Thank you.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below:I still want a complaint filed about the business, they never responded to my inital email, and I didn't hear anything about staff, I wasted my time on Sunday 4/28 to drive out for a 9:30 class that was CANCELED!!! then all the other instructors spots were "FULL" and said instructor staff, not the instructor, so any idiot can figure it out! I don't want my pass, you can keep it, I bought the April unlimited pass to work with Erin S! Your comments are very concerning about your business as a whole, and to insinuate it was from "word of mouth" about and HR matter, just shows your unprofessionalism! AGAIN you didn't care about your clients when you didn't tell anyone the instructor left, and just listed it as canceled, when I already drove out, other people were sitting waiting too for the 9:30 class, so therefore we were not notified!!

      Ironically, the resignation of the yoga teacher you reference was emailed to Managers in the middle of the night (4/27) and the class on 4/28/24 you speak of was her scheduled class.  After she resigned, she proceeded to cancel her own class.  We weren’t aware of any of this until Sunday morning (4/28).  We would have no idea who was registered for the class since it was cancelled without our knowledge.   Once the class is cancelled, the roster can no longer be seen.We’re sorry that after taking classes for almost a year, you’re no longer happy at ****** ******.  While we never want to lose any students, we encourage everyone to practice where they feel comfortable, welcomed and where they find peace.
