      I have tried numerous times over the course of six months to speak to someone at this company. Every number I am given or on their website does not work. No one ever answers! I have even tried using their AI chat and make payments on my debt that way, but it never pulled the money from my account. I need to speak with someone, a real person, not an AI robot or answering service! I want to pay off my debt, but this company makes it feel impossible!

      I had a loan with **** back in 2022 and the loan was repaid but late. This company keeps sending me emails about a debit that has already been paid in full and taken care of. I have received emails from ******@*******-****.com on 7/24, 7/27, 7/29, and today 7/31. I have also sent a response email on 7/29 stating this is not valid and to stop contacting me. The phone number that is provided rings and a voicemail was left, but no one responds back to either calls or emails. I have proof that said loan was paid and full so there is no reason to go after me for this.

      Crmg contacted me about a debt that I owed. I paid in full and never received a payoff letter. I have since contacted them to ask for a payoff letter and have never received a call back. The debt was also not reported paid to the credit bureaus or to the original creditor, so they're now hired another debt collector to collect a debt I have already paid.

      I had arthroscopic surgery on both knees in 10/19 by ***** ****** MD, CRMG, a collection agency sends me emails, texts. and phone calls saying I owe them over $4000 for devices, My doctors, assistant, Mrs. S**** sent me the following emai. "The devices we actually ordered were the calf squeezers, an electric stim unit and possibly a couple of braces/sleeves that hold ice packs. I'm not exactly sure but it definitely should not have been that price tag. The company that we were getting them from closed and sold all of their accounts to this company that is turning our patients into collections. The new company has no evidence that those devices were ever delivered to you - nothing signed by you accepting delivery. The company that actually sent out the equipment had already filed claims for the equipment. It is fraud what the new company is doing. You are one of about 5 people so far that we are recommending call the BBB. I would recommend you call the BBB immediately and file a claim with them. The more they get, the better off it is to stop this company from doing what they are doing.* Please help me stop this. I am 78 yrs old and on Social Security.

      We apologize for any strife or inconvenience we may have caused during our efforts on this account. Our servicing agreement with the provider of the equipment states that we explore options to try and recuperate the patients’ responsibility for the equipment provided. 

      Although we have documentation, part of our job is to work with patients, medical providers, and insurance agencies alike to determine that these alleged debts are valid. We do not own these alleged debts, rather we are attempting to validate these services and offer professional, polite payment options to patients that have remaining balances owed after insurance company benefits are partially paid, exhausted or denied.

      We ask that you do not hesitate in reaching out to our office to discuss the situation and any options that we can provide to assist you in.
