      I was using this loan company and they were doing a great job, then all communication stop. No matter how many times I called or emailed they never reached out to me. Just kept getting same auto response. I had been paying back the loan by auto draft with ****** ********( no problems with them) them, I received an email telling me to make a direct payment to them. No explanation. When I called the number on the email they kept asking for my social security numbers but I refused, I gave them my loan number and they said they couldn’t identify my account with out a social number. I called ****** ******** and they stated they had no information on not taking the money for payment. Huge mess!!! I’m just trying to find out who is taking my payments.

      I am having profound difficulties with Versara Lending. I have a loan through them. I needed to change my banking information back in October. I was unsuccessful after multiple attempts and unable to make payments. In January I was able to contact ****** ******** ***. The are the facilitating institution i make payments through. They were able to restart my payments, but I am still trying to catch up what I owed for the past 3 months. The Versara website will not uodat my account information, and when I call them, no one can locate my account information. I am at a loss for what to do. I suspect I will find myself in collections and none of this is my fault. I'm reaching out to you with hope that you can assist me in resolving this. Thank you

      March 30th 2025 I had spoken with Dillion a Supervisor at Versara regarding my account *************. He had no regulation of the previous company named ******.I previously called the company to find out my pay off balance. I then received an email on March 28th 2025 when he was questioning the amount owed on this. I was advised via email that Original Loan Amount was: $16,220.79, Payoff Amount $9,993.11, Current Unpaid Balance: $9,977.03. Which is stating I have only paid $6,227.68. We had initially opened a debit consultation account in Feb 2023 with ****** ***** with consolidation to promise to pay off debit with a lump sum to each credit card and if there was a interest rate it was 9.9%. We started payment on 2.21.2023 in the amount of $464.76 monthly and it continued with the same auto withdrawal from our banking account we never resubmitted auto pay for Versara. We noticed the name of the company changed on the bank statements on 7.26.24 and also APR changed to 19.99%. I have sent copy's of all Payments that were made to "****** *****" and also to Versa considering when the switch took place. We were never advised that it was switched to Versara, the promise to pay off at lump sums never went into effective. We keep being told its being looked into but nothing is being resolved. We have paid since 2.21.2023
      the amount of $12,083.76 which started on February 2023. That is a total of 26 Payments of $464.76 a month. It has always been on automatic payments coming out of the bank account ending in ****. The promise to pay off at a lump some was never completed. They are not accounting the full amount paid of $12,083.76 and the APR should not be 19.99%.
      We keep getting the run around with the company. So I went a head and stopped payment on the account. At this point I feel I have been lied to and my money has been stolen and not paid anything off as promised. I am not not comfortable to continue payments with Versa due to the run around I have been getting.

      I have a credit consolidation loan through these hacks and I’m attempting to pay my loan of 13,377.08 off in full. Their website gives you the option to do so but it never goes through. Calling them is also no good. I tried twice today and I get turned around in circles. They can’t find my account number, my social security number, anything. They tell me to call the EXACT number I was speaking to them on, and the email address doesn’t get back to me either. They ARE able to take my monthly payment from my bank account each month though. Their number is ************. Email address is **************************

      I started with ****** ******** and ***** ***** ***** to settle my credit card debt. After 6 months of payments, they told me I qualified for a debt negotiation loan through Versara. I have had them collecting my payment for around 7 months now, unable to contact them. I have settled 2 of my debts with my lawyer from ***** ***** and cannot use any of my intended loan for that purpose due to no contact. I finally got through and they said they cannot find an account after giving them my account number and even my social security number. I just want to know where my money is going, since online I cannot pull up any info and no one seems to have an answer. What is the point in paying them and the debtors directly? I cannot afford that either. Super disappointed in the last few months with everything that has occurred.

      In October of 2023, I was contacted by a representative of Versara about a loan to pay a debt negotiation I had with ****** ******** (*****).
      He explained that this would keep me from accruing interest on my account being negotiated and speed up the negotiations. I told him I wanted to think about it, he seemed a little pushy to get thus done. The next day I called and agreed to go through with the loan.
      The initial amount if the loan was $26,932.10. ****** ******** made the negotiations for 3 of the four remaing debts and payments from the Versara loan in the amounts of $18,625.08 and $610.95 were sent to ****** ********. This left $7696.07 left to pay the final debt being negotiated. After several attempts calling ****** ******** to find out the status on the final debt, saying it was still being negotiated and they hadn't heard back form **********, I got an email from ****** ******** saying they were going to cancel my account for inactivity. After talking to a representative at ***** after the account was closed, they said ********** was no longer working with them on debt negotiation.
      I have repeatedly tried to contact Versara to find out about the remaining $7696.07 and why I am paying $682.52 a month on the full amount of the loan when it all was never applied to debts.
      I have not been able to contact Versara, if you call the customer service number on the website it says customer service is currently not available and to use the portal on the website. I tried using the portal several times, and no one from Versara has responded about the unapplied amount. I have since put a stop payment for the automatic withdrawls from my account. They have sent emails stating I need to contact them, providing the phone number that I stated above I used, and a link to email customer service. I have used the link several times and get a response sent back with an assigned case number and if needed they will contact me.
      I have not heard from them to this point.

      I used Versara Lending LLC for debt consolidation loan approximately 2021. My monthly payment is approximately $400/mo and I have never been late or missed a payment. However, after being severely impacted by Hurricane Beryl in South Texas in July, I was late on a payment. I was immediately locked out of my online account and unable to make my payment late. The website listed a phone number to call. I called this number to make a one time payment and was assured my online account access would be restored. It never was and the phone number listed for online account issues said "this phone line is no longer being monitored." After this, I began receiving daily phone calls from Versara requesting payment. Though hesitant and after asking many clarifying questions to determine whether I was being scammed or contacted by a third party, I was assured it was Versara Lending itself. I made a $396 payment but it did not come out of my bank account as Versara Lending as I was told it would. It was a company I did not recognize. Please advise as I am uncomfortable providing information and making payments at this point especially after reading the complaints and legal issues regarding Versara on the BBB website but do not want my credit score effected.

      On 2/10/23 I made a consolidation contract with ****** *****. Agreed for them to deduct my bank $1,100 monthly. I would see this company's name on my bank statements. On 7/23 I noticed the money was deducted from my bank but said "private company". Now with all the scams going on I would like to know if this is a legit company and why the name of the company doesn't come up when I researched it

      Complain is I can’t get a hold of anyone. I consolidate my debt with them and now the IRS is coming for me for money from the debt collectors, but I can’t get a hold of anyone anywhere on any other companies to get the paperwork or the information needed for the IRS, which is ridiculous, they take your money and you have no way to talk to anyone about anything what kind of company does that? Like for someone in the better business bureau Tried to call either one of their phone numbers or get a hold of them through your customer lines. I bet you they don’t answer for Versara lending or global holdings Which is the same company Just kind of feel like the whole thing’s been a scam
