      I wanted to reach out to you about Versara Lending. I have been trying to contact them to payoff this loan but everytime I call it states to send us a request and we will get back to you then hangs up on me. I tried for 3 week and still continues. I am need a payoff quote and where to send the money. No communication from anyone very frustrating.

      I have been trying to reach someone at Versara Lending as I have in the past, to change my payment date, unable to reach anyone by e-mail or phone. I am suspecting there is a problem, since I haven't been able to reach anyone for over a month.

      Did they go bankrupt or get sued?
      How can I talk to someone about my loan?

      Three and a half years ago, we contacted ********** ********* ******* for debt negotiation of three credit accounts. After the debt was successfully negotiated, we started paying a set amount to this company and did so for approximately 1.5 years. We were then referred to Versara Lending LLC for the duration until loan was paid in full. They explained this action by stating that when clients prove they are reliable in making payments, they then "graduate" to Versara Lending LLC. We have had no issues up until this point. One month ago, we started reaching out to Versara Lending via phone and email, because we wanted to pay off our loan in full, and truly be debt free. Versara 's phone system and website was ,and is , still down , and there is simply no way to contact them. Our monthly payment is still being electronically withdrawn by a company called ****** ******** *******. We contacted this company and they explained that they are unable to receive payment directly, and they had no contact information for Versara Lending LLC. We have contacted the following ,in an attempt to either get direction, and/or contact Versara Lending LLC:
      BBB NY and PA; NY Consumer Information Line; Virginia Licensing NMLS; Federal Trade Commission; Consumer Finance Commission; NY Attorney General; and PA Attorney General. All attempts have failed at this point. We simply want a payoff amount and the address to send the money. At this point, and after all the failed attempts we would not trust an electronic transaction.

      I have a loan with this company for the past 2 years. I pay $367 on my debt consolidation loan monthly and of course the interst rate is very high. I still owe 24 months on loan and recently wanted to pay off loan. Every time I call there is only a message stating they are unable to take call at this time and I have sent several emails with no reply back . They also withdrew 367 from my account on a non scheduled day this month. I was curious if there is still an existing business and wondering if I need to block them from my automatic withdrawls from my account. i do not feel comfortable with this firm at all. Also, when I did apply for this loan and sent all my personal information, I had identity theft 24 hours later. They had my routing number and checking account number and my email.. I had 5 accounts emptied out. Just looking for recommendations on what I need to do and if company is still in business as they return no messages back to me.

      We did a debit consolidation loan with Versara Lending back in 2022. I don't have all the exact information, because now when I log into their website I get the message-"You account is not active, please contact us at ************** for assistance." Oddly enough, that phone number has a message stating that they are having issues with their phone lines and to email them at **************************. I have emailed Versara Lending several times since 05/14 and I have the case numbers for each email that has NOT been responded too. The original loan amount was $11,987.54. when the loan was paid off the remaining balance was $7,894.40.
      My wife and I purchased a house on 02/15/24 and part of the loan approval was that we paid this debit off. The closing company/Title Company had us pay Versara Lending $11.987.54. With the balance only being $7,894.40 I have been trying to contact Versara Lending to collect the remaining balance of $4,093.14. When paying Versara Lending off, the Mortgage Broker, ***** ***** also called this debit was under a company called ******* *******"?

      I have been trying to contact this company for 5 days. The phone number tells me they are not taking calls right now and to enter my question into my online portal. I have entered numerous messages on my online portal and no one has contacted me back. I currently have alone with them.I am trying to pay off.

      I authorized a debt from my bank account for the 20th of every month.I was debted on the 16th of May and again on the 20th of May.i never authorized the transaction for the 16th.I have emailed snd called numerous times.I get no reply by email and when you call you get they cant answer your call to rmail support or do it through the app.I have done both with no with reply.Because they took 128.92 out they shouldnt have it over drew my account snd I was charged 32 nsf but it also caused another over draft for a bill that was already scheduled to be paid so now im 64 in over draft fees.Im not too happy about this.i have filed a dispute with my bank because of lack of response from Versara lending

      Since on or around August 17, 2023, I have experienced nothing but misery working with Versara Lending. Before working with them, I worked with ***** **** ****** to assist me with with debt relief. A loan was funded through Versara, and negotiated debts with my creditors were resolved. The loan amount through Versara was roughly $42,000. I have called Versara at least 1 time, every other week, since September 2023. Every rep I spoke with (notably Alyssa) would say that my loan amount would be adjusted soon to reflect the correct credit debt settlement amount. It is now 5/20/2024, and NOTHING has been done for the loan amount to reflect the debt settlement amount. I would like immediately action from Versara as I now feel, I am victim of some shady business practices. I can no longer get anyone on the phone during normal business hours. Also, I can no longer access the signed documents from my Versara account which is VERY TROUBLING! I am scared this business has gone under and will continue to collect my rough $1100 monthly payment. PLEASE HELP BBB!!!

      I have been trying to work with this company for well over a year. They are constantly increasing the amount I owe after promising me I wouldn't pay any interest. Then they moved me into a loan at 20% interest and said they would negotiate all my debt paid off but they are increasing the interest I pay on a monthly basis, last month it was 400 dollars this month it was 600. They claim to have discharged over 12 thousand in debt (for which I had to pay taxes on in 2023) but did not credit my account for the difference at all. I started with approximately 25 thousand in debt, I have paid well over 10 thousand dollars, had 12 thousand credited and some how I now owe approximately 26 thousand. I have called and emailed several times in the last month and they will not call me back. I have multiple cases open with them directly and no response. I have had to pay a fee at my bank to force them to stop taking future ACH withdraws.

      I have been paying over 50% interest every month. The website is broken and I have attempted to pay off my loan in large increments, but it is sent in from review and I don't hear back and my payments are not applied to my account. This also is not appearing on my credit report. They said that they would negotiate my settlement amounts but made me sign the agreement, even had a notary come out to my house to get me on board, and started taking payments from me while they supposedly negotiated the terms of my debts. Meanwhile my credit took a huge dump due to their insistence that I stop making payments to my debtors immediately but apparently did not send them the memo so I have been penalized for late payments on my credit report. In the end, my total debt amount wasn't negotiated very well because I ended up with a $19k loan with 20.99% and I have been paying for two years and only $6k of the over $12k paid to them in two years has gone toward my principal.
