      This is a debt consolidation company. We have recently closed our bank account down to switch to a bank closer to our home. We have tried for two months to get this company to switch our bank accounts and they refuse to switch it. Instead they take it out of the old account that we are trying to close down but can't because they keep taking the payment out of there. Which causes us to be overdrawn. So far we have been lucky and have not incurred any overdraft fees but eventually we will. I have signed all the papers to get them to switch bank accounts. Now when I email or call them they will not respond to assist in this matter.

      On February 2nd I called Versara Lending for the pay off amount on my loan and scheduled that for Febrary 7th. I made sure to discuss that any other pending payments were being cancelled. On February 7th the 3rd part payment company (Reliant) took both the pay off amount and a regular payment amount. I have been dealing with Versara ever since trying to get the refund for the extra payment taken. I keep getting the run around. Its going to be "escalated", these things "take time". It certainly didn't take much time to take the extra payment.

      We paid them off in full early. One of the credit cards we paid off ages ago and forgot but gave them money for the account to be paid off. They owe us a refund! It’s been since the beginning of January. We were told our refund would take a few weeks. They have yet to give us any breakdown of the money paid out or anything showing our overage. We know it’s at least $4k or more they owe us. We ask to speak to a supervisor and they keep telling us one will call us back…no one has. This company is horrible to deal with. We just want our money owed back.

      I received a debt consolidation loan from Versara in order to settle all of my debts. After all of the debts were settled, the total amount of the loan exceeded the debts by about $1450, so those funds were never used. I was assured that after 120 days the total amount of the loan would automatically be recalculated and reduced by that amount. When this didn't happen after the 120 days, I called at the end of December 2023. I was told at that time there had been a problem with the auto-recalculation and that they would have the problem resolved in a few weeks. It has now been nearly 60 days. I continue to call every 2 weeks and I'm told the same thing, "There is a backlog of recalculations and they should be through it in the next few weeks." I asked for a call back from management and they have yet to contact me. I'm concerned that it has now been over 180 days, that this will never be recalculated and they will never apply the $1450 to my original loan.

      I signed for Versara loan to help speed up the process for the debt relief program thru “Level one law.” Versara loan starting date was 7/27/2023 at that point Versara told me the original loan is an estimate and in 90-120 days the loan will be recalculated and adjusted based on the final settlements. Based on the communication received from Level One Law settlement the loan amount should have been reduce by $7,718.38.
      On December 27, 2023 I pay in full for the loan without receiving the recalculation, the reason behind was to not pay any more interest. At that point I was told I should receive a letter in 30 days stating that the loan had been paid in full. I have reached the office multiple times with the same promises “your loan has been recalculated” I asked to speak with a manager, and nobody has called me. As of today, I’m short of the difference between the estimate and the final settlement plus interests.
      As of today, Versara lending still owns me 1 – a letter stating the loan is paid in full. 2 – a recalculating of the loan plus interest. Their loan interest is 21.1% from starting date 7/27/23 thru 2/8/24 is 196 days at around $4.46 daily interest Versara lending should refund me $8,592.9 USD.

      On 5/17/23 my debt consolidation loan was transferred to Versara Lending. I began getting my repayment withdrawals on 6/20/23 and have been on auto withdrawal since. On 1/11/24 I reached out to them at the number provided on their site ###-###-#### and spoke to a rep in regards to changing the bank information on my account to make a one time payment and wrap up my loan. At the time I was sent a form by rep Gabriela whom explained we first needed to update the information and then I would have to call back in a couple of days to make the final payment. I have since called and left several messages on their site portal and have not heard back from anyone in regards to getting a payoff amount and assisting with making the final payment which their site will not allow me to make. The page seems to be broken and now I have no way to contact anyone since I keep getting a voicemail stating that the office is currently closed and to leave a message and a rep will contact me as soon as possible. That information is not correct since I have left multiple messages and no one has called me back. My scheduled payment for 1/19 got taken from my new updated account but now I have no way to avoid paying interest and paying off my loan which is what I had originally called to request. The company has terrible customer service skills and cannot even return a simple call or email to any of my request. I am seeking help in having them contact me at ###-###-#### to pay off my loan and never have anything to do with them. Honestly, they should owe me money for delaying my process and making me incur additional interest fees due to their lack of professionalism in returning calls. This is a time sensitive matter I would appreciate a call or resolution as soon as possible.
