      Myer's RV kelp my RV for 9 months. Did not fix gas gage, water leak, then told me they didn't have the time to do repairs. Text me to come and get it. But refused to return my $500 dollar deposit. And took my battery. They did resolve that issue with me. All of my repairs would of been covered by my 2 insurance company's I deductable was paid in full to cover my part of the repairs. So if the repairs were not done. They should return the money.

      I purchased a rv from meyers rv in bath ny for 25 thousand dollars cash on April 26th 2023. The rv was supposed to be serviced and ready for pick up or delivery 7 to 10 days from the date. After about 3 weeks the rv was still not ready and after final delivery the rv had 2 full septic gray and black tanks and the water heater doesn’t work. Also there is water leaks, broken outlets and the bathroom was not water proofed as agreed. Basically none of the weatherproofing or pre sale advertised maintenance was actually preformed and there has been nothing but problems and delay getting any response from the business itself. We still haven’t received a title or have been able to get license plates due to the buying process being terrible from the start. We ended up spending over a thousand dollars in hotels and problem solving as a result. Now they barely make any effort to resolve the issue.

      12/29/2022: Purchased a 2022 ******** ********* Fifth Wheel Camper (brand new). Camper was sent from another Meyers RV (New York location) for us to view on 12/29/2022. We purchased the camper on this date and signed the paperwork. During the "walk through" of the new camper, 1 of 4 slide outs was not properly functioning. At the time of sale, our sales rep. stated that the slide would be fixed. once issue was resolved a video would be sent to us of the issue being fixed. During the month of January several telephone calls were initiated by us to determine estimated time of delivery, and if camper slide out was fixed. 02/11/2023: Camper was delivered by Meyers RV driver. Prior to delivery a video of the fixed slide out was never sent, as it was requested by us and as stated on sales receipt signed by sales representative. Upon delivery on the camper had significant amount of damage: broken bathroom door off hinges, door had fallen and destroyed master bedroom headboard, missing sewage caps, two dead batteries, and broken/scratched glass to interior control panel. Driver notified and he notified Meyers RV in Harrisburg this day. Since 2/11/2023 we have been in contact with the business to fix the previous issues mentioned. Due to the dead batteries we were unable to properly get in our camper to inspect further damages. Once we were able to, the following damages were further noted: leaking hydraulic jacks, cracked shower glass door, auto level system not functioning properly and bent steps into camper. We have been in contact with the business on the following dates regarding all issues needing resolved and requesting when it will be fixed:02/11, 02/14, 02/16, 02/22, 02/27, 03/13, 03/27, 03/30, 04/04 and 04/10. We have not received notification, updates and relaying of information over the last 3 months regarding resolution to these issues for an UNUSED, BRAND NEW CAMPER. We purchased a warranty and the business refuses to resolve issue or remain in contact.

      I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

      We have reached out to the business multiple times since submitting a report with the BBB regarding our camper parts not being ordered and/or scheduled for repair. Because we purchased the warranty coverage, all items that are broke (from time of delivery) are to be covered. We have not been given a definitive answer as to if we will or will not have any out of pocket costs in relation to the issues previously mentioned. Originally we were told by Meyers RV of Harrisburg, PA that the parts were ordered and that a service repair individual would come to our home to repair the broken items (this was back in February). Since then, multiple times they have reached out to us regarding the request of us to collect part numbers and dimensions. We have given them the information requested, sent photos, and when we call the organization there is no update in regard to parts ordered and/or if they are going to be fixed. After they state "we will get it ordered," a week or two later they are requesting for the same dimensions and/or part numbers to be sent again. We have asked for them to send a service individual out to collect the correct information if we are not gathering it correctly. The response we receive from them is "that is correct and we will get it ordered." It has been 4 months that we have not had a resolution. We have reached out to the company for updates and are not given any. Nor have they reached out to us to inform us of parts being ordered and/or when someone is to come to our home to fix the camper's issues. A large amount of miscommunication amongst the service department and its staff. We were told that we are to bring the camper to the location, once the parts are ordered. However, parts have not been ordered. This WAS to be a brand new camper; however with over 5+ issues on it prior to use is absurd.

      My husband and I purchased a brand new ******** ***** 311V 5th Wheel toy hauler RV unit for approximately $100,000 from Meyers RV approximately March 8th.
      At the time of purchase we were told the unit would be ready for pick up in 2-3 weeks and any issues with the unit would be "taken care of" prior to pick up. We made multiple calls over the next few weeks to ensure the unit was ready for pick up. We were told the unit was ready including washer/dryer installed, generator installed and the correct hitch we need to bring the unit home was installed. We made arrangements for pick up on April 21. When we arrived for pick up(3 hours 1 way) we were told the until was not ready and the hitch and washer/dryer were not even ordered. We demanded to see our camper we have been making payments for and we found it to be in very poor shape. The underbelly of our new camper was severely corroded, including but not limited to hydrolic lines, LP and air connections, air compressor and gas lines. In addition interior doors were broken, vents were cracked and multiple other issues. The unit was in disrepair due to the dealership failing to ensure proper maintenance and storage.
      We were told everything would be fixed and we could do a virtual walk through and the dealership would deliver it to us.
      We spoke with James Watson who reported the unit would be fully repaired and delivered on May 5th. On that date we were given the run around then we demanded a virtual walk through. We then found that half of the repairs were not made and there was still extensive corrosion and broken components. We have spoken with the manufacturer and confirmed that they have approved the repairs so we are not sure what the dealership is doing with the money and parts provided to fix our camper. At this point we still do not have our camper and the dealership is being very deceptive and will not tell us a date the until will be ready. We continue to make payments on a camper in disrepair that we do not have.

      My wife and I attended the March 3, 2023 Syracuse RV show at the NY State Fairgrounds in search for a ***** ****** Travel Trailer. We found a 2023 ****** at the show but did not want to purchase the "show model". We asked if there were any others available in their inventory. The salesman checked and there was the same model available on the Caledonia, NY Meyer's lot. We agreed to purchase that trailer and they completed the sales and loan paperwork. A week later I was looking at the sales packet and noted the model number was the same as the one on the picture I had taken of the "show model" and on further investigation the VIN was also the same as the "show model" on all my paperwork. Although we received the correct travel trailer three weeks later - it has now been two months that I have been trying to get them to work with **** ** ******* to change the VIN on my loan. Every time I call, and there have been many calls, I get another story. I am so fed up and frustrated with this poor customer service that I will never buy from them again, and never deal with **** ** ******* again either. I am essentially making payments on a trailer (VIN) that is not mine.

      Hello, In August of 2021 we purchased a brand new ********* ***** runner rv from Meyers. It was delivered by them in mid September. During the course of the delivery they hit something and caused damage to the rear corner of the trailer. The driver was very apologetic, took pictures, measurements and assured us that they would promptly order the parts and come back to fix it. The radio and microwave were also not working and the roof leaked into the bedroom on the first rainy night. The radio was to be overnighted and they assured us that they would be back as soon as it came in to replace it. Phone calls and text messages were made as we discovered the roof leak and microwave. At one point they asked us to take pictures of the wreck. I have no idea what happened to the pictures the driver took. Nine months passed before a repair person came with the new microwave and radio. He replaced them both and proceeded to take more pictures of the wreck and once again measured for the replacement parts. Now it's been eighteen months and multiple phone calls to no avail. If it's not bad enough to a wrecked rv and the added depreciation we purchased an extended warranty from them. If they can't make the trailer that they damaged right what hope do we have to get anything else that comes up fixed. We have zero confidence in this company. I found and fixed the roof leak myself or it would have been dripping in for months

      I have been working with the service department and they give me every excuse in the book why the part is not in for my camper. I bought a brand new camper and the slide broke on the camper. I have called several times and they have not fixed my issues. James the service manager at a sales event told me they would get it fixed and he has yet called me back to figure this out. They also took down my ****** review that had actual legitimate complaints. I just want my slide fixed and I want people to actually call me back when I call them.

      I signed a contract with no final numbers (interest rates, payments etc.) Decided to back out of contract for new RV. Was very nervous about some issues with weight of unit towing hitch and the fact of going 70,000 in debt even with my trade in. Contract does state no refund on deposit. The unit is not even completly built yet. I feel that a reasonable portion of the deposit should be refunded. I received nothing for my 13,000 dollars. I do understand that they may have encured some cost and time in paperwork. I-am looking for an agreeable solution from both ends and any assistance with this matter would be gratefully appreciated.

      We were sold a $4,000 "RV Vehicle Appearance Limited Warranty" policy, for a spray for the inside and out of the RV. We were told it was like scotch-guard inside and like wax on the outside. We were told "water would just bead" off. Bob, the gentlemen walking us through everything, confirmed that nothing had been sprayed. Bob explained that it could not have been sprayed because none of the cabinet doors were opened, as required. He asked for it to be sprayed again. We were told it was sprayed again, but clearly it had not. After numerous discussions with Meyers requesting full reimbursement, I was told today that no reimbursement would be forthcoming.
