      My husband and I truly need to get this message to anyone that is considering purchasing a RV at meyers to please DON’T,as we purchased ours travel trailer there and we needed it serviced due to a warranty issue, we dropped it off at the Bath location, time went by from hearing from them, so we would call only to hear that oh the parts haven’t arrived yet but when they do we’ll call you, then 2 months went by when the service manager called and told us we needed to come as someone broke into our RV, when we went we found our RV to be in non usable condition as squatters had lived into it and destroyed everything of ours inside, blood was on the sofa and apparent drug use was done inside along with smoking (which we do not smoke) meyers would not stand behind nothing, we had to make an insurance claim to which it was considered a total loss with us having a 500.00 dollar deductible to which meyers wouldn’t even consider paying, this was such emotional time, so please do not consider purchasing from meyers, would not want this to happen anyone else!!

      Communication with the service department is terrible. They do not follow through on anything. My spare tire carrier was damaged while in for NYS inspection. They claim to have ordered one but that was April. Where is it. Can’t get answers about my axle repair needs either.

      Bought my camper from Meyer's and needed warranty work done.
      Got the work done and found afterwards that my brakes on the camper were not working. They were working before that. The ground wires to the electric brakes had been cut. I wonder how that happened?
      Beware of these people.
      I don't know if your safety on the road is of any concern.

      We purchased a 2018 ****** ***** ******** ********, new in January 2019, from Meyers Camper show in Henrietta, NY. We purchased an extended warranty to protect our investment. We have experienced a significant water leak that has caused serious deterioration of a wall and flooring. We are seasonal campers so we had road service come out and look at our camper in early June 2023. The tech estimated $20,000 in damage. But was not able to identify a specific cause. To date, even after multiple attempts to follow up with service managers Doreen & Lori, a sales manager Rob, and the general manager Mike, we have received no updates on what the plan is for repair and whether or not it will be covered by warranty. Meyers is Happy to take your money and sell you a camper, but, their service department and overall company management does not care what happens after you take delivery. Very poor response. Very poor customer service. I Do Not Recommend buying a camper from them. Please spread the word.

      Once you purchase, you don't exist anymore, and forget trying to get decent service if repairs are needed.

      Purchased a 2019 RV from the Churchville location as mentioned by others the sales team is great at making you feel comfortable during the sale. As soon as you walk out the door there is no such thing as customer service. I had all kinds of axle issues on this camper. Took it to the service center in Caledonia it was there for 7 months over the winter. All I received was excuse after excuse from Brittney and Laurie as to why it wouldn't be covered under my warranty. I had to initiate contact every time and usually wouldn't get a response unless I made an in-person visit. Even then they did not follow up and if they did, I had to follow up with whomever they talked to just to find out it was **. I even reached out to the owner Mark with absolutely no reply. I'm glad he can sleep at night knowing he's screwed over so many customers. I finally pulled my camper out of their shop and did the repairs myself for 1/3 of the cost and have more confidence that it was done right. I will never recommend Meyers RV to anyone not even my worst enemy! I am very surprised that his company is even still in business.

      i would never refer anyone to meyers ,very disrespectful. i wanted to pay cash for a rv and they gave me a hard time because they wanted me to finance it. i finally got through to them and they get a 3000 dollar kick back from the bank. the finance dept. told me this in person. when i went to pick up my rv, they waked away when i was asking questions. they never really showed me how the rv hook ups work. very un professional.all they wanted was there money for the rv and send you out the door. i was treated very poorly for someone who was paying cash . i hope everyone reads this and they never sell another rv.

      Have an issue with the refrigerator cooling unit. Have been waiting over 4 weeks for a call back. Brittany does not return calls. Spoke with Manager, Lori. She stated she would call back. Still waiting for call. No progress, no information, no returning calls. This is just over 4 weeks waiting for just a call back. Customer service is non-existent.

      Purchase of RV went off without any issues in June 2022. In August 2022, dropped off RV to get back sliders fixed. Picked up RV in September so we could go on a trip (no repairs done). In September discovered a leak. Delivered RV in October. Called repeatedly in November; no repairs completed; just excuses. December 10, 2022, picked up RV so we could store for winter - not a single repair or recall completed; just excuses. April 7, 2023, delivered RV. As of May 18, 2023, after 2 in-person visits and numerous phone calls, still nothing completed and just excuses. Their customer service is appalling, and I'd never refer them to anyone.

      Waited over a year for parts and defects that were wrong or missing at walk through.
      Had to contact them over a year later, they stated they had parts but didn't know who's rv they were for. Scheduled rv to go in for the repairs. Ask if rv would be down in 2 week time period, had trip to go on. They said no problem. Called after week still no work done. Went pick it up after 2 weeks it had never been in shop. Took it home. Hope one of there other dealerships will fix warranty work. Pittsburgh location seems to have no desire to stand behind there sales. This is my son's ***** rv, I cosign for.
