      They had our unit for six months. Warranty work was either poorly done or not done at all. Unit was returned with the floor absolutely filthy. I emailed the “contact us” via the web site and got no response. Also emailed concerns to the point of contact with no response from management. They simply do not care.

      This business has yet to return my deposit. They tried a bate and switch process on financing of a used 5th wheel camper. After they set the deal they offered financing through their financing company affiliate, upon approval a number of required services were required to be approved for financing. Meyers sent the paperwork for me to sign but after reviewing the paperwork the added charges more than doubled the payment. I reluctantly disagreed to the added charges never returned the paperwork. The finance officer called me numerous times the salesman called me. I explained to the finance officer I don’t agree with the financing requirements but was never offered my deposit back. I suggest anyone doing business with this company beware.

      We bought a 5th wheel at the RV show last year from them. The buying process was nice and painless. But after you sign your name, the customer service is terrible. We have some warranty issues with our camper since May, the dealership has yet to help us. They kept saying they will get back to us and never do. Now they don't even answer the phone calls. It should not 8 months for someone to help with this. We were treated so nice in the beginning. Very sad that they only care about the sale and not keeping the customer.
