      I pre-purchased 4 tickets to Roseland Waterpark for Sunday July 17, 2022. I was chaperoning my own children and they were each bringing a friend with them who also pre-purchased tickets to attend with us. On Saturday July 16, 2022 I became ill and on Sunday July 17, 2022 I tested positive for COVID. Due to my positive COVID test we needed to cancel our trip. I made multiple attempts to contact Roseland Water park that day; I called and left a voicemail for someone to return my call and then I called a second time and spoke to someone who took a message and said the manager would call me back. I have not received a return phone call as of August 2, 2022. In addition I have sent emails to Roseland Waterpark on July 17, 2022, July 18, 2022, July 19, 2022, July 22, 2022, and July 26, 2022. My emails also included a photo of the positive COVID test as proof. The only response I received was on July 19, 2022 simply stating "no refunds". I have not received any responses to my emails on July 22 and 26 asking to have the tickets moved to a different date at no charge. The ticket information is as follows: Ticket numbers *, *, *, and * purchased by me, ******* ******* on July 14, 2022, ticket * purchased by ******* ******* on July 14, 2022 and ticket number *.purchased by ******* **** on July 13, 2022. Trying to reschedule 3 different families to the same day has been very difficult as our schedules don't line up but we were trying to adhere to Roseland's policy of no refunds by requesting to move the tickets to another date. I have not received any responses to my emails and we are no longer able to find a date we can all attend together as planned. I have uploaded copies of my emails as well as all three of our paid receipts. At this point we would all just like a refund.
