    I received your SURPRISE COLLECTION Notice for $999.00 from ******* Financial LLC **** * ****** Avenue, *****, OK ***** - for two Items Vended to me on 11-17-2017 by the ****** ***** Bracing-Representative stationed at ******** ****** Hospital, Rockwall, after a minor toe surgery.
    The Rep. ******* us at time of Vending and at time of returning - that we will not be held responsible for any charge what-so-ever. And insurance will not be billed for any unused, unopened items returned in the original packing. And we returned everything except one shoe that was given to protect the toe – (which was not worth even $50.00.).
    When I received ***** EOB I called and spoke with the ******* Company Representative. and he told me that he will take care of it. I had called ***** and notified them too. And I never heard back anything from the Rep. or the Vendor. So for us, it was like the Rep. had fully taken care of it.

    Billing ***** or me for unused returned items is fraud. Therefore I am reporting this to you taking appropriate action against the Vendor Company - for fraud billing.

    I do not have any address or phone # for the Vendor company. Nor do I have any EOB/Bills from *****. It is 5 years old now.
    In short, I do NOT OWE ****** ***** Bracing anything. Thanks.
