I had this company steal my car that I own out right, the car has no loans or liens. 9/6/23 I woke up to find the car gone. I called the police. Police in Auburn, NY said these repo clowns had the car. Repo claims ***** had owned it. I called and emailed *****. ***** said they are not at Fault. The repo paperwork has my name and VIN number misspelled more than once among other types. I was refused permission to retrieve items from my stolen car. The Car was returned after I threaten to Sue. The car was returned damaged. I had the car inspected by a Bodyshop and machinic. Looking at a few grand in damages. I had a title trace on the car showing ***** never owned it and this car was never outside of New York. Talked with the former owner, showed me he paid out right for the car; the dealer got the car from the factory. With some legal help, I was able to get the tow companies insurance information who saying its *****, ***** is saying it is them. I am looking into legal action in court as one outcome. I am not happy with job loss and loss of wages as a result. I see both companies are at fault!

As you can see ****** has the ability to spell at a 3rd grade level.   He has contacted every agency there is.  ****** has been denied any and all claims.   He forgot to mention that the vehicle was delivered to him. At that time he signed a hold harmless for any and all claims. This was signed in front of who we believe is his Father.   He is crying to any and all agency’s.  He needs to be made aware that the BBB does not get involved or entertain complaints on repossessions.   We did not damage his vehicle. Xtreme is not going to give him $1.00.   Tell him to reread the hold harmless. My insurance company has told him the same.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ******** and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.

As you can see from my attachment the employees at Extreme don’t know how to read or spell correctly and must have never had to deal with stupid auto correct that keeps enabling itself after every update. In the repo order they have miss spelled my first name on yellow paper. The attorney has found that the VIN number is off by one digit. On the white police report they have the wrong address listed has they are not in Auburn, NY; furthermore, the release form has my last name spelled. I was told to sign if I wanted to keep the car, if not it would become their property verbally. Their words, against my words. I was made to fill that form out under duress. They bought it back because I threatened to sue and file complaints left and right to show that I refuse to be a victim to their scam operation. They need to be made ware on the BBB complaint form that it can be shared with the news media, and I would like the BBB too to do so please. Yes, I am looking at bringing this to court if needed cause of the finger pointing to find out why and to put a stop to this scam. Extreme needs their tools to pay for my generation’s welfare benefits through taxes, right? Why steal my car and give me a reason to claim welfare benefits? After losing my wages and my job because of their scam operation with **** **** * ***, hope they enjoy paying more in taxes. Yes, both ***** and Extreme are liable for lost wages, job and damages according to the law.**************************************************************************************************    ****************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************************Someone **** up, I have a good guess who! Both! ***** never owned the car according to the DMV title trace. ***** has a history of this type of trash. Extreme also does not have good reviews ether according to the ****** reviews and loves helping criminals.   Regards,

    ****** *******
