    I've had this membership for about 2 years. I happened to check my *************************** were charging me 2X per month for 5 months (Nov. 2022-April 2023) My fault for not checking my bank statement every month. So I contacted ************ could only dispute & request a refund for the only 3 months. Ok, so then I also emailed A to Z Express Car Wash and went back & forth with **** in reference to requesting a refund for the additional payments. He was very nasty, unprofessional, non-apologetic stating to follow the policy regarding cancellations on their website & contact my bank to request a refund. So ok, I cancelled May 2023. Thinking this was over, subscription cancelled. Low & behold, I check my bank statement today, August 17, 2023 & A to Z are still charging my account!!!! And now the monthly service fee has INCREASED!!! Called Chase again today to block this *************** are filing ANOTHER CLAIM to get my refund from May (billed 2x), June, ************* (pending payment)!!!!!!SO....I am writing this review to say this...BEWARE of this business with a subscription!!! You figure you would save on an unlimited car wash service but in the end you will get charged more than you bargained for. Poor customer service, you figure that they would want to keep your business. I will definitely choose a better establishment with better MORALS & VALUES!!! Once again, GREED is always the primary factor or I would respect them if they updated the technology their using to debit the monthly payments. Maybe it's a glitch, just trying to think positive.
