    Million Dollar Contract with one of the biggest home improvement companies in **********! How have they been in business since ****; and an A+ BBB rating? I ordered a garage door march 2022; they come, do the inspection, advise of any modifications (Great) happy customer! Contractor said it would take some time due to a special order; okay no problem (understandable; with the new age of business and "pandemic")! No word after they left my house! I call in **** *********** find out the status of my door, "nothing" they provide me with the number to the manufacture, call they state, door will be in the hands of the installers by July18th; (happy got some kind of status update) Two weeks go by, get a call July 26ish, for installation date Aug 1st 2022. "August 1st" called me back, staff out with covid; expressed my issue to *****, she stats "I wasn't expecting to have this on a Monday morning either" (I get it) but your in customer service!!!! this is not something you stat. I call ********** again08.05 for a status update; they we're shocked that I had not received my door, and with the responses I was getting back from the company representative (*****)! I explained to ********** what they stated (need two installers for my door;(okay) so you only have to two installers for a million dollar contract, "no, our truck is down" (okay) so you have only two installers and one truck with a million dollar contract?!?! how, do you do business, why no hire more, "no one wants to work" jeez, I wonder why! " I will have the owner call you monday" (you do that, I will have the company reported to BBB) "you do that, Lydias' response" Like WHAT?? I have never in my life would have an employee like this working for me, especial in ANY kind of customer care! I have no Idea about the owners' demeanor; nor the installers; but just this experience alone, I would never sign them with a contract with this type of customer service! I sure hope the owners are better at it; keep you poste
