    I signed a rental car contract on 8/14/2024 for rental service for 9/13/24-9/14/24 for a vehicle for my wedding. Vehicle drop off arrived late and I was Charged the same price, car also arrived dirty and had technical issues with the audio, window was not functioning and salesman was notified. Upon driving the vehicle back it was in drive at a green light and would not move. Took off the car and started it back multiple times and finally moved so I parked It up and notified the salesman that the vehicle is not in drivable condition. Salesman came to pick up the vehicle and it would not move after starting. He indicated that this sounds like a transmission issue and a tow truck needs to pick up the vehicle asap. He notified BlueStreet Auto and they were unresponsive. I asked For a reimbursement for a day and a half of the rental fee and drop off and pick up fees and he said ********** will contact me. The vehicle was not in driving condition at all and I did not have a vehicle for the 2nd day of my wedding. A tow truck came to pick up the vehicle 9/15 and saw that it would not start as well. He damaged the undercarriage of the vehicle and took the vehicle with him. I contacted Blustreet several times to get my money back and they refused to and said we purposely damaged the vehicle which is untrue because we heavily relied on the vehicle for a 2 day WEDDING. They have not given me back my money for the day the car became dis functional on 9/13 and the additional day that we couldnt drive the vehicle 9/14. $850 for the car rental per day plus $160 for drop off and pick up for a dysfunctional vehicle
