      Called 1 hour Heating and Air because I had no heat. Benjamin Franklin answered. I explained that I had no heat, they sent a ***airman. He diagnosed that I had a frozen pipe however he wasn't equipped to fix the issue and somebody else would return to fix the issue. The 1st ***airman also told me that they needed to charge me up front for the 2nd ***air *** to come do the job because they were busy and wanted to be sure my appointment was guaranteed by pre paying. About an hour later somebody else did show. They also diagnosed that I had a frozen pipe. They spent ************************************************************************************************************************** my house were completed with pex pipe, their electric current machine wouldn't work too thaw any ice blockage. No problem there. I asked about a refund, the ***air *** told me he'd have his manager call me back. After 2 hours I received no call so I called them. The *** on the phone told me she would also have a manager call me back.I waited until the next day. No call. I called again. Same story, a manager will call you back. Another day passes and no call. Ultimately I called my bank to reverse the charge and complain. ******.

      The business issued me a refund.

      The money settled today in my account. Thank you for your help.
