      Very expensive. Needed to replace kitchen faucet as ours was broken. we bought a new one ourselves and just needed to have it installed. Simple job. First the charge $69 just top come to the house, and it is not included in the price if they do the job. It is on top of the job price. Since we were desperate (we have a holiday party this week) we had to have the job done. Took less than an hour. $638. This seems very expensive for less than an hour's work. Should have taken the quote and gone elsewhere but did not have the time to look for another plumber.

      We regret that you did not have an excellent experience with us, as 100% customer satisfaction is ALWAYS our goal. Id like to take a moment to explain our pricing so that you might gain some insight into what goes into making our company run and why we charge what we do. First of all, we have our dispatch fee which we tell every customer about on the initial phone call so that customers may make informed decisions on whether or not to book a service call with us. The dispatch fee covers some of our costs to get a fully stocked truck along with a skilled, licensed and insured plumber to your home. It also covers some of the costs of our CSRs who are answering phones and booking calls all day and night (no answering machines here!) as well as dispatchers who work in the background making sure our plumbers get where they need to be, when they need to be there. Even though our costs have gone up significantly over the past several years, our dispatch fee has remained the same for over 11 years. Now on to job pricing. Our companys prices are set based on our costs of doing business which include, but are not limited to, CSR, dispatcher and office staff salaries, medical, liability and vehicle insurance, vehicles, vehicle fuel, inventory and parts, software licensing fees, credit card fees, bank fees, phone bills, office equipment, etc. But by far the biggest factor which effects our pricing is skilled labor the plumber. Our plumbers are drug-free, highly skilled and receive ongoing training in order to keep up with evolving technology within the industry. They are also courteous, tidy and respectful. In an industry that is currently facing a shortage of skilled labor, our plumbers, along with all of their positive attributes, come at a cost.       This company is a scam. They refuse to provide a quote over the phone despite knowing the issue which was to replace a toilet. They claimed they would be coming to the home with toilets that I could potentially install. They quotes me almost ***** dollars to do the work!!! I looked up the same toilet after the quote and they go for around 400!! I don't know where they get their prices, but toilets average around 300 dollars. This company is a scam!! Also. They charged ******************************************************************************** an estimate.

      We are sorry you were unhappy with your experience with our company. We have been in business for 34 years and pride ourselves on doing quality work at fair prices. Our companys prices are set based on our costs of doing business which include, but are not limited to, plumber salaries, CSR salaries, medical, liability and vehicle insurance, vehicles, vehicle fuel, inventory and parts, software licensing fees, credit card fees, bank fees, phone bills, office equipment, etc. The cost of parts are a small percentage of the overall price, which allows us to get a plumber out to a customers home quickly and with the skills and inventory needed to make repairs on the spot. Many of our customers appreciate the efficiency and ease our company provides, while others may prefer to shop around for the best price. This, of course, is every consumers right. Our CSRs always let the customer know that there is a dispatch fee to get the plumber out to the home so that the customer can make the decision whether or not they wish to book the appointment. Throughout our many years in business we have found that quoting prices over the phone is irresponsible. We prefer to be reputable and give our customers the right price for the right job.
