    We were very happy with the service all around for our Bosch built in oven/microwave. The service technician, Ken, was able to come out quickly and was able to diagnose the problem right away. He ordered the part and came back on the day AND time he said he would. Our microwave works great now!

    Nasty would be a word I use to describe this company. Took over a week for a tech to come out and then when he did - he didn’t even explain what was wrong but tried walking out and leaving without a word. I had to chase him down and he told me he needed to order a part 3-5 days no dryer. I called customer service and explained the way the tech treated me and he now refuses to come back because I called him out on being nasty. HORRIBLE company - no idea how they are in business. I wish i could give 0 stars.

    Pretty much all wrong the tech who is part owner of of Naab & Mohring Inc which has been operating since 1936.To address him being nasty i do not recall a complaint calling him nasty in over 20 years.This call came in under a cust name not a business(the manufacturer does not cover commercial use) however he checked unit out to see what was needed.On his way out i guess there was two employees he told one of them that was working on hair he was not sure what she was doing he just said she had foil in her hair.He told her it needed  a flame sensor and parts usually take about 3-5 days figuring we could handle warranty issue with owner later.Not sure if this complaint is from her or other employee that he did not speak to.He did not see anybody chase after him if this was the case  it must have been other employee. The owner called office and unfortunately while tim was on phone with her it did become heated,tim because he was upset that he was being accused of all this and owner probably because she was told we would have to charge her on a newer appliance.He did offer to get a C.O.D. cost to repair but she declined.

    We were charged a service call to diagnose a washer. Tech MIS DIAGNOSED and cost me 500. To replace the wrong part. Receptionist was nasty and rude. Asked for a refund that I never got. No call backs no messages. Poor company to deal with. Obviously the owner could care less since they couldn't call me back. Pathetic! I'm really surprised this company isn't shut down. They are crooks that take your money.

    Professional all the way from my initial call for service. The tech was pleasant and experienced and he took the time to install the new glass top on our Bosch range--it took a couple of tries to get everything lined up correctly. For this repair, the whole job was quoted over the phone (after we sent photos of the damage) and the quote was fixed price--no surprises.

    From the get go…the girl who answered the phone was professional and courteous. The technician was equally as professional, friendly and knowledgeable. I really lucked out…got same day service on my ice maker!
