On July 2, 2022 I ordered a 19" German Shepherd wind spinner, order number **** for $34.75 from TN Lights.
On July 3, 2022 I received an email saying the status had been changed to awaiting fulfillment. I never received the wind spinner. Over the course of time because of busy schedules I forgot about the order and had not checked my VISA bills. Going over them just now I realized that they had actually charged me $34.75 on July 3, 2022. Because it is over 60 days I cannot dispute the charge with my credit card company. I emailed TN Lights from a different email address. I would like to be reimbursed the money.Initial Complaint

I placed my order (****) on July 5th 2022. I got a confirmation email but the order has not been fulfilled. Now the website has been “removed”….says they are doing maintenance. I've emailed them numerous times without response. I want my money back $43.59.Initial Complaint

Ordered a product from TN Lights and it was a pre-order product order # ****. After order shipment date was not met, I contacted the company, and they informed me that the product had just been received and they needed to organize the orders and make shipment. I should get the product within a week. This was over one month ago. Now I e-mail and try to make contact by phone with no response. On Apr 24 of 2022, I purchased $2000 worth of fiber cable from TNLights.com.
I ordered two spools solid-core end-glow cable, which should total 656 feet of cable.
When I received the shipment, it contained only 300 feet of cable, and it was of a smaller diameter than what I ordered. I also was off-put by the invoice being branded from an unrelated competitor of theirs, **************************.
I immediately emailed the company to inquire, and they confirmed they still would send the remaining cable once it was in stock, and I agreed to accept the smaller diameter cable as a compromise. They said ********* was a business partner of theirs, which is why the invoice was branded that way. They also called me and we had a phone conversation about the situation.
My correspondence was with two people ("Jeff" and "Dan") who I'm now not certain exist. What followed as a multi-month email correspondence of excuses, "back orders" and "shipping delays", until they eventually stopped responding completely. I've reached out to the company through other channels but have not received any response for over a month.
I believe they were intentionally stringing along the conversation until the time limit expired for making a fraud claim with my bank, and that's when they ceased communication. I know this because my bank has informed me they can't help since the purchase was made over 60 days ago.
I'm happy to provide full email correspondence as evidence.
This scam has had a major impact on my project both in holding up my funds and schedule as the whole time they were claiming they would still be sending the remaining cable.

Spoke with Jeff on the phone, he helped me put together a list of items I needed to build a Marquee style light system for a client I’m working with. After Jeff helped my with my items, I place the order online and paid for expedited shipping. My order sat in “order processed” status for a long time. I tried calling the number Jeff and I spoke on, someone would hit the hang up button after a few rings. The voicemail is full. I tried texting that same number that Jeff and I text on while I was having an issue with checking out. He would never respond. I’ve sent emails and messages direct through the website and get no response. I’m out $2,000 and Jeff is eating good this week. I was really shocked to see he does this over and over and is still in business. This is San because I am going to lose a client that’s spends over a million a year with my company because there now not enough time to resource and complete this project.Initial Complaint

Ordered a 37” Parrot yard Spinner on July 6, 2022 @ 4:27 pm. Received confirmation with an order #****. On July 9, 2022 at 5:00pm received email from TNlights that order had changed to “Awaiting Fulfillment”. On July 21, 2022 at 7:00pm, after inquiring about my order received text from TNlighting that order status change to “Order has shipped”. On July 27, 2022, without any calls or text from TNlights I received a 20” Parrot spinner. No one asked if I was ok with a 20”, no requested approval, just sent it expecting that it would be ok. After complaining, via email, I received email asking if I would like the difference between the two or I could return it for a refund. I asked for a refund and told them they could send me a mailing label. I am not paying to return a product I never ordered. Have had no response but it has been just a little over 24 hours.Business Response
