** purchased a SMEG stove at the end of 2019, I called them to find out if the warrantees still valid. ** were told that it expired a month ago and the company referred us to repair company above. I called and spoke to a lady by the name of ***** who was very pleasant, she set up an appointment for the following week. When the technician by the name of ***** arrived, he charged me $211.00 to see what part he had to get. He told me that the $211.00 will deducted from the repair price which he didn't do when he returned to fix the leg. I wasn't there while he was fixing the leg because I couldn't take another day off but my wife took off that day. She trusted him enough, she wasn't next to him to watch if he were doing the job, unfortunately ************** didn't complete the job which we found when we were cleaning the stove. ************** put a piece of a black rubber that looked like an appliance mover to make it look like the job was completed. ************** had lied about doing a job that he did not do and I already paid him over $700.00, we won't trust him over our house because he lied on 2 occasions which we have prof. ** just want SMEG to come & fixed the leg free of charge or have ***************************** returned the money to us. Below is the picture of the technician who later we found out that he is the technician, the manager and the owner of the *** which he doesn't know that we found out. How can we get justice or a solution by going to his secretary. You can see where she promised to call me in a few hours, she ended up writing back almost 10 days later and continue to lie. I have a voice also where he lied. Thank you in advance for taking care of this matter.
