    Better Business Bureau Dear ***,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Pak Express Cargo Service and its owner, ************** ***************************. I have attached the details of my previous complaint for your reference. I am deeply dissatisfied with the services provided by this courier company and the unprofessional behavior exhibited by *********************** provide some context, I have entrusted Pak Express Cargo Service with the shipment of my goods on three separate occasions. With each shipment, I paid the required fees, including the shipping charges. However, to my dismay, none of the shipments were delivered as promised. Instead, I have endured a series of excuses and empty promises from *********************I have continuously attempted to contact ******************** to resolve this matter, but he has consistently avoided my calls and messages. Furthermore, when I visited their warehouse to collect my belongings, I discovered that it was closed. This has left me in a state of distress and frustration, as I am now unable to retrieve my belongings or obtain a refund for the services that were never rendered.It is important to note that this ordeal has been ongoing for over a year now. The lack of communication and accountability from ******************** has caused significant inconvenience and financial loss on my part. I entrusted Pak Express Cargo Service with my valuables and hard-earned money, only to be met with unfulfilled promises and a complete disregard for customer satisfaction.I am seeking your assistance in resolving this matter and ensuring that I receive a refund for the fees paid, as well as the return of my belongings. I believe that the services provided by Pak Express Cargo Service are not only subpar but also reflect a lack of integrity and professionalism.     Hi

    We would like to bring the adhere attention to the possibility of manipulation of the truth here as the client doesnt have any invoice firstly to bare miniumum justify he has booked shipments along with payment proof that he had paid to us.

    Regarding our team which investiagted this matter he is obliged to behave in professional behaviour to the Director of Company which he has abide and by exhibiting such offensive language and behaviour to the company officials we decided not to entertain him on call.

    We also came to know that the provided value of goods is correct or not currently but we are surpirsed to see our client again manipulating the forum and user that he never disclose the value of such amount to us if he booked with us we will never according to our policy would clear high value goods on his behalf with customs without any duties further assessed on the items.

    We request the client to contact our team through email for further communication and we request to BBB to kindly curtail the progpagada and criticizing the director with the twisted truth.

    I send ******** 26 boxes by *** express cargo they pick up from me 1st in January 2023 8 bags I paid 670$ after one week 2nd January 2023 4 bags and I paid again 316$ again 3rd time they pick ** in march 2023I forget name of that person but I still have his contact number ************* he is partner of owner who name is ******* he come for pick up 14 bags and I paid 1400$ after that I call a lot but that person and ******* in bigning they reply sometime they are working on it now after long time we receive call from ******** ******* city a person call and ask more money just for 7 bags ****** rupees its around 892$ I cant pay it and my father he is also retired person he cant pay this too much money I call them text them send voice message of the guy who send it theyre not replying plz help me for this its my all stuff my kids are crying for their toys and things everything of them in that boxes we move ******** thats why I send it their color toys books every thing

    I called ***** who works for ****** to pick up 4 boxes on December 17, 2022. After paying four hundred and change, he took the shipment #***. I have used this company in the past several times, hence I had no hesitation to use them again. Shipments tend to reach in 2-3 months time. February 23rd, they said the container reached but customs was taking longer than usual. After March, I still had no delivery, I was getting worried. After contacting them they said it should be delivered soon to my address in ********. End of April I received one box and beginning of may I received two boxes, all 3 boxes were destroyed and mutilated by the *** customs. Now have one box remaining, contents worth over $2K of clothes personal items kids stuff. Receipts provided. Last I heard from Iqbals phone in May 26,2023 in a Voice message, he said 3 containers were sent and two were held by the customs in ********** ******* and they were waiting for them to clear them. I was then told, mid June to end of July, again an empty promise.Last I heard from Eeqbal on Wickys WhatsApp was Aug 7 saying that they definitely by end of August the box will be sent out. We now in end of October. After countless calls/messages from my family and I, they have seen my messages, but chose not to respond. Im writing this BBB complaint in hopes to hear something.

    I gave ************************************** my parcel of 45kg in Oct 2022 to send to ********. The parcel was suppose to deliver around in 3 months. After 3 months when I enquirer i got to know the cargo is held at ************ and they have to pay some extra tax to get it released. The time passed and after i called me him like 100 times but he never answered my calls. I am not sure what to do at this point. He is robbing the ********* community and we are helpless here.

    We understand your Concern in delay for the delivery due to Customs clearance complexity and new rulings and Since the import Ban and Economic  crises arises the **** containers were stuck at Port to which few of them have been released after a year and others customs and our Logistics team is trying to clear through every procedure they can day n night

    As for phone response we apologize as we have load n load of queries and limited works hours so we can't answer all the calls but trying to get back to everyone.

    As for the scam and fraud statement there is not integrity  Truth and Legitimacy in such rumors Our Competitors are also spreading false news about that and those who are in spreading rumors will be dealt with heavy defame legal Blow.

    Pak Express cargo is a shipping company. They ship cargo to Pakistan. Hundreds of people including myself gave them parcels and stuff to send to Pakistan. The owner of this company sends his own commercial stuff among customers stuff to evade duties and taxes in Pakistan. Dozens of his containers have been caught and held by authorities in Pakistan that includes customers parcels. ***** ***** and ***** ***** are not taking responsibility now. Its been 8 months and our cargo not delivered yet. They are penalizing paid customers over their own problems with Pakistan Customs.

    I give *************** and Wicky sb some boxes to send to ******** in September 2022. Its almost June 2023 and my consignment is not delivered yet. I am going to file a lawsuit in court. For the past 7 months they have been telling me that it would be delivered to destination address in 2 weeks. Someone told me that *** Express Cargo is involved in fraud and that ******** Customs have confiscated their containers. As a result, we the customers are paying for Iqbals and Wickis fraud. Stop giving them more stuff.

    Thank you for sharing the partially baised feedback at *** express cargo we are always there to respond to queries on our email ****** messages also on phone but sometimes due high volume of calls and queries

    due to upcoming events like Eid days and new year holidays etc so we apologize for the delay in responses.

    Please note that you have been misguided or rumoured that our shipments are confiscated because you cannot submit any proof of it so we assume that its only word of mouth while our shipments are still

    on port and awaiting clearance procedures delayed to several reasons incl import bans (recently lifted) , economic and port crises and it has been fumed recently by political situation which has further delayed

    goverment processess recently (9th May incidents).Our logistics team along with law team are working to resolve the complex issue which has arised due to uncertain and unpredictable situation in ********.

     

    We have offered previously for refunds to our client as our clear policies mentioned in our booking receipt and you can reach out to us on our email as well.

    I shipped 8 boxes with this company back in October to ******** and since this company has already delivered me boxes in the past within 60 days I didnt see a problem shipping with them again. Its now April and I have not received my shipped household goods for the family and now they are not picking up my calls. Its been over 5 months and its starting to now look like a hit and run and fraudulent transaction as they have not contacted me or provided me with any update as to where my boxes are. I have also heard from some friends that other people are also impacted by this as they are frauds and need to be reported.
