I entrusted them with shipping my cargo from ******** to ********, and they promised delivery within two months. Here we are, over two years later, and I still havent received my shipment.I had a deeply frustrating experience with Pak Express Cargo Service. Here we are, over two years later, and I still havent received my shipment. We paid the full payment for the shipment. We tried to call but no one answered.     We sent boxes full of clothes and shoes to ******** in October 14 2022 and they still didn't deliver yet

    The owner of this company is fraudster. He took my consignments, one in Oct 2022, another in Jan 2023. They have not been delivered as of end of 2023. That's a red flag.He hid commercial commodities in customers goods and exported those. He did that for several years. Finally he got caught red handed by authorities in destination country. They confiscated his containers that were carrying customers' goods. I heard from ******************* that he has been banned at the seaport in destination country. But the problem is he still takes orders, collects cargo from new customers but nothing gets delivered. He has no right to mess around with customers' consignments.Because most of the existing customers are victims of his fraud, this guy started the same business under a new name, *** Fast Cargo LLC, for more deceits. I sent an email to the ************************** in Queens. I also sent email to ******** Secretary of State (SOS) office to revoke his business licenses. I have filed a case in ************* Civil court on *******************. I am waiting for my trial now.     Fraud Alert! The company has problems with ******** Customs. Their containers have been seized. We gave him boxes in September and are not delivered yet (end of May). The owner admitted that his containers had been seized. If you still gives him cargo to send, guys you are doing it to yourself. I hear through the grapevine that ***** and his teammates are involved in fraud. Further details were not disclosed to me but there is something going on.
