    Hello,I parked at ************************** from 8/30- 9/3.On my returned I realized my car seems to be dusty but had some smushing on it. I immediately ***orted it and was told only their manager **** can handle it. I kept calling **** and never got him because they kept send me all around. I finally found their email and sent an email with proof and asked for their videos from the weekend. Their *** told me **** can provide me with videos I finally received a call back today from a manager who was not **** and he was screaming that they had no video and they will just give me a discount for the next visit instead for the damages. I rejected this offer. I need them to fix the damages

    I have reviewed the information for the customers vehicle and there is no proof or evidence that her vehicle damage occurred while the car was parked with us, I would like to emphasize this customer left the lot and didnt file a claim for damages until the following day she contacted the location and reported via a phone call.  I reached out and informed her about my findings which were too small to capture on our camera, it looked like a smudge **** from the pictures she submitted after leaving the lot I told her that because she didnt file a report when retrieving the car, we are not responsible for any claim. We do not know the whereabouts of the vehicle once it leaves our establishment and all claims must be filed with an attendant before leaving the lot, signs are posted throughout our business, in good faith I offer her as a courtesy the next time she parks I  can comp two days off the bill she declined and ask for the entire parking fee back ($130). I was not yelling or screaming as a matter of fact after I refused to credit back the parking fee I was speaking for a few seconds when I realized she had hung the phone up.  We have been in business for over 14 years, have always addressed our customers concerns,and tried to work with them to resolve their issues. But as a business, we can only pay for what we are responsible for, and in this situation, we are not at fault for any wrongdoing or negligence, we respectfully denied his claim. Thank You

    I was not offered 2 days free just a future discount which I decline   Why would I park somewhere where they scratch my car and did not take any accountability.

     

    also,  I called the next day because once I notice what was the full damages were I was told my the agent after he kept telling me they are not hiring and I finally got to tell him why I was calling.  The agent gave me instructions to call the manager the next day and he can pull the footage and remove with me.  So I did just that

    To whom it may concern , this customer's statement is not true or accurate indeed she was offered two days off as a courtesy and she declined and insists and crediting back the entire parking fee, there is no  proof she has that her vehicle was scratched while parked here , our policy is clear as we have signs posted throughout the establishment please see exhibit A ,all claim must be filled with an attendant before the vehicle leaves the premises thank you..

    Actually,  all I asked for is for a video image of my car over the time parked to determine how it was scratched.

     

    why would anyone accept a credit to come back to a place that was rude and scratch you car?  I decline by stating I will not be parking there in the future    Just looking for a video of how this happened
