PARK HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK!!! The first time I took my car here I found a small, black piece of plastic on the floor on the drivers side. I didnt see where it came from and my car seemed to be ok. So I didnt bring it to their attention. That shouldve been a sign NOT to use them. But, I continued to park here another time without a problem. But the last time I parked there on Fri. 8/2/24, I returned on Mon. 8/5 to find a large, curved line a crack on my front windshield. I filled out an incident report at the attendants advice and one of their workers took photos of the damage. I was told to call back early in the morning and speak to ****, the manager. I called him the next morning and right away he became defensive, stating that it wasnt their fault, explaining that there was a crack under the washer blade that mustve caused it. And, that people try to blame them all the time for this type of thing. He offered for me to come in to view a video within *************************************************************************** And kept manterrupting me. But I got up the nerve and called back on 8/22 to ask for a refund of the $90 I was charged. The receptionist gave me ***** email to send photos, and I also sent a copy of my receipt. I also let them know I was coming in the next day to speak to someone about a refund. On 8/23 I went and asked for ****. After a short wait a male approaches me, doesnt introduce himself, and begins to defend the business. I ask if we can speak somewhere in private. He escorts me into his office and tells me that someone named *** has my files and hes not in and wont be back for a few days. I had to practically beg him to look at my car. When he does, he denies any fault. Who knows!? What I DO know is that the windshield wasnt cracked when I brought the car in. And I dont think that a $90 reimbursement of my parking fee is asking too much for $1,300 worth of damage and maintaining good customer service.
