    In January I had 3 men shirts a men pullover, and a blue women blouse I dropped I the dry cleaners, my husband picked them up when he came home I noted the blue blouse was missing there was a smaller blouse or shirt in a place the next day we went to the cleaners and the men behind the counter said you have to give me time to find the ticket this was a ************ should wait till Monday he would get back to me we are n April and he never got back after several time my *********** we pass by n called him eamail allways the same story I never give time to find my ticket, is not the first time he lost items never returned or want to compassionate for them he is very arrogant n he said if I want we should take him to court I am 69 years old n sick I cant be taken people to court I just want my items He never lives any tickets wen you pick up really never encounter such mistakes n never acknowledged.

    We have resolved this complaint on April 16th 2023. Tried to contact the customer last 2 weeks through the phone number that was given but couldn't be reached and caused delay on the issue.

    Customer took $50 for the reimbursement of the blouse she claimed to be lost.
