    On April 23rd me and other families lost everything due to a fire at **** *****. Leases was cancelled and we where able to get back our security deposits, I lived there for 2 1/2 yrs and paid the security deposit on the day I moved in which was on Dec 2nd 2022. I have not been reinbursed my security deposit, they don't return my calls and those I talk to don't know anything, this has caused great hardship since. Please help me

    Good morning,  I have spoken to Ms. ******** multiple occasions regarding her security deposit. It is part of an active criminal investigation of theft from a prior Property Manager that we are working with the ****** County Sherriff.  Until the case is closed and the evidence has been cleared, we cannot return the funds.  Ms. ******** has also been in contact with the Sheriff’s Department to give her statement.    Please let me know if further information is needed.  Thank you.     Sincerely,  Jenica L*****Vice President

    The investigation is still ongoing.  We just spoke with the investigator yesterday on next steps.  Please feel free to verify directly.  Unfortunately, we need to wait for that entire process to conclude before proceeding with any security deposit returns.  Thank you.

    I applied to ISLAND HOLLOW II IN 2021- and have been on waiting list (or so i thought)
    i was recently told by new employee that i was removed because i didnt return letter (which i did, i was actually sent out 2 this year by mistake, and returned both)
    The new employee advised me i was removed, she was unsure why because she just started working there
    Then was told because i didnt send back the forms ( advised i sent 2, she stated should only be 1 a year)
    called back again- was told they cant even find my starting application from 2021!!

    I have reached out multiple times now via email with new employee would tried to help me, even called a few months ago to make sure i was still on the waiting list (before the new employees started) - i was told yes.
    Fast forward to today- the office cant even find my application from 2021. and i was removed.
    i was told by new employee she would look into it and we emailed back and fourth a few times- she said she cant find anything. offered the corporate office, I EVEN PROVIDED CONFIRMATION OF THE LETTER AND SHE SAID THERE WAS NOTHING I CAN DO BUT START ALL OVER AGAIN. i called and left a message twice for The number to our corporate office is ************ and the regional manager for Island Hollow is Lisa S*******,

    Please if you could help me i'm just trying to do the right thing for me and my kids, i started school again and want to give them a better life, our apartment currently has mice, outdated, expensive and only 2 bedroom- i have 3 children (1) girl

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that they are working towards a resolution for me, I truly appreciate you guys, I did not mean to make it a huge thing I just didn’t think it was right when I’ve done all that’s requested of me. I just want the best for my kids that I’m able to give them. thank you!!!!!!
