           Sidewalk is all crumbled (cement) before Spring came, also he used dry lock to reface landing & steps. It's all bubbled up. I've called his 1 phone numbers 8 times. he won't call ack. He's been in business for years, but won't honor his work. His name is George Lostumbo. His cell phone number is **********. If I can send you pictures of the steps & sidewalk, let me know. People tell me he isn't even a cement contractor. He took the job and my money and left. Leave me a message if needed as ********** is my only phone.  I will get back to you.       see attached.  (partially transcribed below by BBB for convenience, however, see full response from business attached):  Attn: Kevin    6-6-25 regarding complaint of Mrs. ***** ****** ** Syracuse NY.     We removed old sidewalk to front entrance of house with a backhoe & repaired left side & entrance of drive with asphalt. Formed & poured new concrete walk & filled in front lawn with fresh topsoil & seeded areas nest to walk because of weight of hoe also relocated roof drain under new walk with a 4" PVC connected to downspout from house to drain into front lawn. Told Mrs. ***** NEVER to use any kind of rock salt on new walk. During our lunch break, owner began watering lawn & also got water on new concrete walk we had just put in. When we came back, we saw what she had been doing & I told her we will try to re-finish topping as best as we can. There is a 1-1/2 hour time space after initial pour & final edging & finishing or smoothing & bushing of concrete. Told her she had damaged walk with extra water but we will do our best to refinish it. Got calls in 2025, went to her house, saw salt damage & knocked on her front door. Left my card after no answer from her. Her car was in drive and I left. We did not start 2025 season until end of April because of all the rain. Have been a mason over 50 years, & did my best on every job.     George Lostumbo
