    I bought a truck from them.. 30 Miles into having it cel and traction light came on and rear brakes locked up leaving me stranded. The freedom the brakes and cleared the lights.. lights came back on the next day. Had different dealership look at it. Catalytic converter was bad and exhaust needed to be replaced. Bill cook said if it was bad when he looked at it he would replace it.. it was bad.. he ordered the part and never told me it was in until I called.. when I called to see if the repair was made he said the wrong part came in but they "fixed" the catalytic converter.. you cannot fix a cat they need to be replaced which is what he told me he would do.. after spending 15000 on the truck I should not have these issues. They scan tool they used to diagnose the issue showed that the code has come up numerous times. Leading me to believe they not only knew the part was bad but cleared the codes to have it pass inspection. I even offered to help them get the right part at a discount through my job.

    BBB spoke to the manager of the business and the following was relayed: The truck has 250,000 miles on it at the time of purchase.  Therefore, there is no Lemon Law protections.  However, we did make repairs and replaced the Catalytic Converter.  We just had the truck in here and completed repairs.  We will not be offering a refund or a replacement.  Thank you.

    I brought this car from him in February, the manifold was suppose to be fixed it’s not fixed and here it is November and still not fixed. He’s had the vehicle more than I’ve drove it since I brought it.

    Hello I have the vehicle in my shop now and making the repair . ****** also still has not paid the last bill that she still owes of $450. I also made an another repair and towed her vehicle in last month and replaced her starter . I told her she could drop the vehicle after bought so we can fix the small manifold leak and she never did .
