    They have well taken care of houses to rent as well as comparable rent prices, I can say that all properties we have been visiting has top notch kitchen equipment and they prepared them very well before showing it to the public.

    Ive been renting from them since 2015 been here almost 7 years now they want to sell property I asked if they would be willing to convert over to rent with option to buy cant even get an appointment to discuss the situation with *********************** Instead I get the run around be careful renting from this company

    Sadly her comment says it all, she has been renting from us for 7 years without a single rent increase. We let her know years before we gave her notice that we would be looking to sell and that she should start to look. Instead of taking advantage of all that time, she decided to wait till we had no choice but to serve her. Instead of being grateful that she had been there for 7 years, her true colors shine through.
