    We ordered blinds on 10/8/24 for $1,353.65. The blinds were set to be installed on 10/29/24. The blinds were manufactured incorrectly, not the way we specified. We dealt with having them on three windows opposite of what we wanted as we had no choice. However, the larger window had to get new blinds manufactured. As this was the fault of Blinds to Go and the manufacturer that they use (either ******, ****** or **********) they would expedite the new ones. They did not. We were told they would be ready in less than 7-10 business days. As of today, 11/15/24, the blinds are still "in transit", might be there by Wednesday, might not. Then an installation date needs to be scheduled, again! My husband and I have been calling them every couple of days for status and they got annoyed and said we were bothering them. Today I had a huge argument with the original sales **** I yelled out of frustration and anger and he got insulted and refused to speak with me. My husband called, again the *** was very whiney and upset we were bothering him. My husband said we are angry, annoyed and disgusted with them and their unprofessional behavior. My husband said he wants a phone call from them by 12pm Wednesday. If not he will go to the store to find out the status and speak with the store manager who has yet to speak to us. After that the sales *** called me and left a nasty message saying he would not deal with us again and said sarcastically "have a nice life". I have that voice mail. As customers we are not treated with the respect we deserve and as such, we do not respect them or their business and will not treat them with any. We did not get what we paid for. The time it's taking to get this corrected is unacceptable and extremely despicable business practice. This is the 2nd time I have had to ***ort to the BBB about this same situation.
