    ****, we apologize for your experience, however, it is customary at any body shop that you provide your *************** of ownership before you can retrieve a vehicle. Due to you refusing to provide any identification or documentation, we were unable to do so. Upon you calling the police, they too confirmed you must give your ************** or the vehicle cannot be released. This is to ensure the safety of your ************* business. We were very patient, staying after business hours to assist you while you told our manager that he was unintelligent while also refusing to give your ID in front of police. In addition, your bill was a standard fixed price Town of ***************************. These rates are set by the Town of ********* and are not subject to change by any shop.
