    I placed an order with this company and financed with a 3rd party. A few hours after ordering i figured right now wasn't the best time for me financially so I sent an email to them about canceling the order so it can be canceled immediately. Few days go by then I get shipping info for it saying it was shipped out. I figured they would catch it during shipping and send it back before it even arrived to my home. That never happened and I shipped it to my mother's house since it's in a safer neighborhood, which I thought. When it arrived I wasn't able to pick it up due to me being at work and then the packages were stolen from the porch which I have on video. I reached out to the company again and they kept saying they were helping out but I kept getting payments of $212 and some change removed from my account in t every 2 weeks. They kept telling me once the claim with *** is done the payments will stop and I'll be refunded my money so I put my trust in them to do the work so I get my money back. Over the months I never got updates and always had to ask myself just for them to respond also asking for updates. The last and most recent time I asked for an update they told me *** denied the claim and pretty much told me I'm in a loss for over $5,000 for a product I canceled an order on. I asked them how is it possible I have to pay for their mess *** regarding cancelation since they had plenty of time to cancel it since it was almost immediately. They weren't closed and it was the beginning of the week so they didn't miss it over the weekend or anything like that. And now all I'm getting is that it's my loss even though I canceled the order.

    Purchased the following ***:UNI-STAGE3-KT STAGE 3 KIT 2018 JEEP CHEROKEE SRT TRACK HAWK 4 AIRTEKK AIR STRUTS Ship Date: 01-Sep-2022 Tracking#: ****************** STRUTS AIRLIFT 3P MANAGEMENT DUAL VIAIR 444C COMPRESSORS 5 GALLON POLISHED ALUMINUM TANK SECONDARY COMPRESSOR HARNESS AIRLINES AND FITTINGS 8/11/22 Order number: ********* at $3,350.00 $3,350.00 System installed in September of 2022 by a shop recommended by Airtekk. Immediately after install I contact Airtekk making them aware of what appears to be a faulty system. (Shocks and struts cannot take the load of the vehicle as it promotes to). I speak to **** (manager) over several days. I send pictures, as requested, communicate back and forth with no assistance or resolution. I contact them again a few days ago, speak to ***** who apologizes and says he cannot help me because his installer is out for several months. When I make him aware of my misfortune as my warranty would be at stake due to them not having someone to assess my vehicle/their product he replied Im sorry I wish I can help you. He asks for my number via email and says he will call me in the afternoon, never to call. With this amount of money spent no one should experience such terrible customer service and, or have an unsafe driving experience due to a system that *** be faulty. The system needs to be removed from the vehicle causing me to loose the purchase price and labor on and off the vehicle because this company does not stand by their product and even more so their warranty. Warranty expires in August. I have reached out several times with no resolution. I believe I have been considerate and given them and myself significant time in advance to resolve while in warranty.

    After about a month and a half of emails and failed promises, I have given up on trying to get my car fixed. I ordered an air suspension kit from this company now at almost a year and had one of the main components on it fail. They company asked me for numerous videos in which I complied each video they asked me to do showing them testing and the failed component. I was promised 2 weeks ago that my new controller was supposed to ship that following Monday and I was to be provided a tracking number. Monday comes and didn't hear a word. I waited until Friday of that week to email again asking and have received no response. I am at my **** end. I have been out of my car for almost 2 months and having to uber everywhere which runs me about $100 a day. I need a resolution from the company because at this point it is costing me a lot of money for them to not stand behind their "warranty" and failed promises that were not kept.

    We purchased a custom suspension for an exotic car via their website. It took months for them to ship a product that did not fit or operate correctly. They apoogized and claimed they did NOT have an exact car to build this suspension. So I shipped them an OEM Strut set for them to engineer a custom strut set. There have been a couple shipments, with me returning poorly designed parts that simply did not fit/work. We have had their struts fail due to the design which damaged the car on the freeway. understanding that this is all trial and error, We simply sent the parts back to be redesigned.To offer more "help", We purchased Additional Aston ****** suspension parts for them to model off of and shipped the struts back along with these additional new OEM parts.After they got the parts (we paid them in advanced to build) back AND the additional factory parts to model off of, they simply stopped responding and ignoring messages on both Email and all social media....Since early October of 2022. At this point , id consider this theft of my property and the items that I paid them to build. Either complete the job and return my items or refund $1,600.00 for the struts or $2,466.00 for the entire setup

    I REACHED OUT TO THE ***** OF THE COMPANY DUE TO A CAR RELATED ISSUE WITH THEIR PRODUCT. THE RESPONSE I GOT BACK WAS 'LOL' AND 'HOW COULD I NOT LAUGH?' EXTREMELY UN PROFESSIONAL. I AM OUT OF A CAR CURRENTLY AND IF I DID NOT WORK FROM HOME I WOULD BE STUCK.
