  Dear Better Business Bureau,I am writing to file a formal complaint against Broadway Towing, Inc., regarding their recent towing practices in and around The Embassy Apartments of *******, **. Their actions have been both unlawful and unethical, causing significant inconvenience and distress to myself and all other residents.On 09/27/2024, my vehicle was unlawfully towed from the Embassy parking lot despite being parked within the designated spaces and in compliance with the terms of the parking agreement. The towing company's actions violated the agreement's provisions, which clearly state that vehicles cannot be towed before 9:00PM.Upon arriving at 4:30PM, I requested a receipt from ******** Cr*po, who came to unlock the gate to the tow yard. She instantly became dismissive and refused to provide any documentation. Instead, she turned away from me, mid-sentence to let another man take his car out of the lot. When she turned back around towards me, she started to close the gate. Stating "I would now have to return on Monday, she is not releasing my car to me anymore". This was despite my having called the tow company's dispatch earlier in the day & leaving work early to arrive at the tow yard before 7PM, as instructed. Despite the business being visibly open the towing company refused to release my car. This action is a clear violation of my rights and caused significant inconvenience and distress.Furthermore, when I inquired about the reason for the refusal, the towing company's representative became belligerent and called the police on me. This was a completely unwarranted. I believe that Broadway Towing, Inc.'s actions were a clear violation of my rights as a consumer. Their refusal to release my vehicle and their subsequent harassment are unacceptable and should not be tolerated.I am requesting a full investigation into this matter and appropriate action be taken against Broadway Towing, Inc.Thank you for your attention to this matter.

  This place is money hungry and go around targeting residents car. I asked for picture of my car before moving it and videos to see how my car was transported. The guy who came for me to get my car started yelling and asking would you work for free. Pay 250 cash and get your car or you come back on Monday and pay more after speaking with your complex. I asked for the owner name and receipt but the guy was reluctant. Please respond saying this is false allegations so I can submit the entire recording for proof. Numerous vehicles were towed with stickers and the tow truck guy stated is was a drivers mistake while still demanding money. Ridiculous. Read the reviews and you will see that this is the culture for Broadway towing.

  Worst towing ever damage my car. ***************************** towed by car on 9/18/2023 and damage my water pump and engine.

  If this were true our insurance would have covered the claim of damage. Damages were never reported to us, or the insurance company. No litigation was filed. This is a false claim with no proof. For what reason did she call a tow truck to begin with?
