    Terrapin Tile completed two bathroom projects in our home. Both have involved tiling. We remain perfectly happy with the second project. About two years after completion of the first project, we noticed a discoloration of four of the large shower tiles in the first project. They were white originally but now had a bluish tint. We contacted them by phone and email. It was suggested the change in color was due to the cleaning product we were using but no other tiles showed this affect. Pictures were requested but it was difficult to get definitive contrast due to reflection with the flash. We were not sure what could be done but we wanted the owner to come out and look at the tiles. During the 10 months since we first contacted them about the problem, we have made approximately 20 phone calls, emails and texts. Most recently, several months ago, Tom the owner emailed that he would would come to our home as he had a job in the area and it would be convenient. He did not. Phone calls to the store have not produced a reply. We feel this is very poor customer relations and want this report on the record.
