    Came to fix one thing...left with something else broke..shower head is now damaged but I'm not paying to have them back for a third time.

    **, you reported issues with the shower head. We replaced your shower manifold as part of your completd service and I don't have shower head replacement listed as a completed service. If so, we could have easily fixed/replaced the shower head without additional cost or complaint if contacted/notified.

    In addition to our previous reply and further investigation, we did not replace or service your shower head. If your shower head needed repair at the time of the shower manifold replacement we would have gladly fixed or replaced it for you.
