    In 2023, I paid the copays of my 2 or 3 visits to see *********************** and I continued to get charged the $22 or $29 dollar fees. I paid 1 or 2 and still continued to get charged, two more times totaling, $69.56. I refused to pay and the continual billing stopped. I called them, left a msg to ask why am I still getting billed when I am not going to anymore visits. The only response was a bill for $69.56. I went into the office and explained to the two front desk office ladies the situation. The young lady said she noted that I knew about the bill and was trying to attend to it and sent the information off to the billing department. No response to my question, just another bill on 1/5/2024 for $69.56 and then a threat of a letter on 3/11/2024 that I am being unfair to other patients who pay their bills and in two weeks they will give this account to their attorneys for suit. I just left another msg with the billing department today to call me about paying what I owe , if any. I spoke with my insurance company and they cannot determine what I paid to the ** Plastic Surgeon. I need to speak to someone in the business office.

    ON 2/13/24 I HAD A ***** TUCK N A BREAST REDUCTION. I CONFIRMED WITH MY HEALTH INSURANCE THAT THE ANESTHESIOLOGIST N THE FACILITY FEE WERE COVERED UNDER THE ****ING CODE PROVIDED TO ME BY LIPS GROUP, PC. LOCATED AT ********************************** I NEVER RECEIVED THE ACTUAL BREAKDOWN FOR THE SERVICES. I ASKED FOR ******** WAS TOLD THEY WERE EMAILING THEM. UPON THE SURGERY DATE N STILL NO BREAKDOWN. I HAD TO GET THE SURGERY PERFORMED. SO I HAD THE SURGERY. SHORTLY AFTER THE SURGERY, I REQUESTED THE BREAKDOWN OF THE **** AGAIN, THEN I REQUESTED A MNGR WHEN IT WAS NOT RECEIVED. ***** RETURNED MY EMAIL STATING THAT IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN SENT PRIOR TO THE SURGERY. THEN I NOTICED THAT I WAS CHARGED FOR THE ANESTHESIOLOGIST & THE FACILITY FEE ONCE TO THE HEALTH INSURANCE ( I CONFIRMED THIS WAS COVERED WITH THE HEALTH INSURANCE) N AGAIN TO MYSELF PERSONALLY. THEY ****ED THE INSURNCE COMPANY FOR THE BREAST REDUCTION WICH COVERS THE ANESTHESIA AND THE FACILITY N THEN ****ED ME FOR THE ***** TUCK N ADDED THE SAME SERVICES ANESTHESIA AND FACILITY FEE. WHEN I REACHED BACK OUT TO *****, HE SIMPLY RESONDED THAT IT WAS NOT ****ED TWICE. MY HEALTH INSURCANCE4 COMPANY CONFIRMED THESE SERVICES WERE COVERED ALREADY AND HE CHARGED ME AGAIN. I PAID A TOTAL OF ******* - ***** FOR THE ***** TUCK, 50 FOR RECOVERY SUPPORT, 50 FOR GARMENT , 1550 FOR THE FACILITY FEE WHICH WAS COVERED UNDER THE BREAST REDUCTION AND ANESTHESIA OF ****** WHICH WAS ALSO COVERED UNDER THE BREAST REDUCTION-EMAIL CONFIRMING THAT THE BREAKDOWN WAS NOT RECEIVED IS ENCLOSED. I was also charged a finance charge that i was not aware of of ******. this was lot listed nor dioscusssed with me.., I'm looking for the additional Facility fee and the anesthesia fee along with the ****** totaling $2,444.75 to be credited to my Care Credit Card or to myself to pay off the care Credit Card

    this patient, was given a breakdown and provided her with everything she needed. Her insurance WILL NOT cover the cosmetic end for anesthesia and facility.
