    This place is a fraud! They said they were going to refund me for some cheap products they sold me that dose work. When I called numerous times they ignored me. I have yet to receive my money and the *** director told me not to call the *** when I was inquiring about my money. This has cause me to file a dispute. This place is trash stay far away. They should not be in business.

    Horrible Experience with this practice. I should not have ignored previous bad reviews regarding this awful practice and how unethical they are with INSURANCE billing. After undergoing bariatric surgery and losing over 100 pounds I consulted with *************************************** for a tummy tuck that included ****, and was quoted ****** by ******************** surgical coordinator ******. My insurance company agreed to cover most of the surgery because of my severely stretched skin & chronic rashes but the billing team never disclosed the exact amount to me. in fact, they guilted me into believing the exact opposite. They told me that AETNA was paying next to nothing and coerced me into paying an additional ******** out of pocket. Mind you the office was aware that I was out of work but since my quality of life was diminishing due to my chronic painful rashes I pushed forward and went through with the surgery. Fast forward AETNA covered $ 13, ****** on top of the $ ****- they collected from me. They were paid a total of $22,750.52- PURE GREED !! I reached out to the billing team and was abused by **************************************************** My many attempts of trying to get a bill to submit to my insurance company were ignored. In addition, my phone calls to **************** and emails were also ignored. I was forced to file complaints with ********** credit card companies. To add insult to injury they used my pictures without my permission to advertise doctors' social media pages. UNETHICAL office and billing practice. In the year that I have been going through this- they have added another office in NY and are now going by ******** SURGICAL GROUP. Save yourself the anguish and stay far away from this practice.
