    I dropped a jacket off in March to have sectional winning patches and sports added to it. We had originally bought it from this business. The cost of that jacket was $110.00 and 45 for patches. On May 1st I emailed asking about the jacket because I had heard nothing. I was told it would be done that week. June 6th I emailed again because it wasn’t done the week they said. I was told it wasn’t completed and I would get a proof to approve. I never received the proof. June 23rd I emailed to see what going on. June 26th I was told there was an email sent asking about the pockets on the jacket and the listing of sports. I never received such email, I never received a proof to approve. I got an email that the jacket would be done the next day (June 27th) again was told I’d get a proof and never did. June 30th I emailed asking if it was done. I was told it was started and it would be finished after July 4th. July 28th I picked up the jacket and it was all wrong. Letters were crooked, patches missing. I called to tell them and was told the jacket had to be completely reordered to start all over because it couldn’t be fixed. Since then I have more email, made more phone calls. On July 28th the women I spoke to was rude and berating. The jacket was done for a second time and done wrong again. I have multiple emails about that as well. They had to reorder the jacket again and again I had been told it’ll be done on a certain day/days and it never was. Was told it would be put a head of all other orders and never was. I have been ignored, given multiple excuses and I have been kind, patient and understanding. I still do not have the jacket. I tried getting a hold of another manager and heard nothing back. This has been a complete disaster. I have been treated like a burden instead of a paying customer. There has been no attempt to rectify the situation other than giving me the runaround about when it might be done. I hear nothing from them, it’s always me asking for updates.
