    Order product on feb 3 and paid 184.96. Called several times to ask why order wasn’t shipped no answer. Sent e-mail no answer. Called this morning no answer.

    I order a chimney cap on 12-19 for $540. It arrived to me damaged due to insufficient packaging. I then emailed the vendor with pictures of the damages on 12/29/23 requesting a return. The website chimneydirect.com clearly states "30 Day Money Back Guarantee With NO Restocking Fees". My email was not responded to. I called the vendor on 1/3/24 and was not meet with professional customer service. I was told they don't check email and when i explained the damages he stated "no one would see it" as it is on the roof. Unacceptable. He was very combative and stated the "boxes were strong". Maybe so, but it still arrived to me damaged and is not acceptable. Offered me no solution and then hung up on me. I reported the transaction on my Credit Card to dispute. The business is not living up to their advertised agreement with returns. I simply wanted to have a replacement sent and return the defective piece or return the damaged piece for a full refund. It should be up to the vendor to dispute the damages with his carrier. Poor experience all around.

    Purchased a chimney sweep kit. Placed order 12/15/22 and $179.95 was charged on my **** card. Purchased items were delivered by ***** 12/16/22. It was immediately clear the product was not completely as described in the product's write-up on the web page, and it was not going to work for my fireplace. Called the business back during their business hours on 12/17/22. No one answered the phone, left a detained message and my contact information. No response. Called the business again on 12/19/22 at 10am. Call went to voice mail. Left a message to have them call me back - no response. Also e-mailed the business at ********************.com (this is the contact email listed by the vendor on the shipping invoice). Their web page states on very top that returns are accepted with no restocking fees. I will give them 48 additional hrs. to respond before I file a fraudulent charge complaint with ******** *******.

    Ordered a fire place screen on 7-26-22, never received, called twice, left two voicemails, no response at all. Paid 199.95 on my debit card. below is the initial email when I ordered it.
