    I had an offer to get a shoulder bag for free but to cover the shipping. I grabbed that offer up quick lol. After completing my order a few days maybe even almost a week later I hadn't heard anything about my shipment so I sent an email to ask why I hadn't. They sent me back a reply that when I read it I felt as if an actual person took their time to type it out themselves. It didn't seem like an AI message that is automated like most services use. Thank you guys for your time and thank you for the great products. My questions were answered completely!

    I didnt read fine print on the ad saying it was a subscription. When I got billed, I emailed them. They were so helpful and nice. I had my refund the next day on my credit card.

    I'm doing this a second time. I got My Tactical Promos confused with another company that is also a email company that sells somewhat similar items, but it enrolls you into a purchasing club that has a high priced monthly membership fee. My tactectal promos help me with the matter. No company is perfect, but so far I have found this one to be honest and helpful in my dealings with them.

    I first got an email from this company and I thought this cant be true but I sent away and I received my item promptly and it was just as advertised. I ordered three more and received all three one was smaller than I expected but thats OK. it still was exactly what was advertised, this company the best rating I even had one ordered it was late, but the company responded quickly to my request. Im very pleased to do business with them and I will continue to do business with them
