      The *** should shut down this business! They've sent me a package of 180 gummies that will expire when it's fully consumed! There was no indication of the expiration date of the gummies on their website and when I tried to reach them they never replied! I can't even return my order and they keep staying silent which is soooo annoying! I will also file a complaint to the *** and I hope they get a huge bill one day! This company is a total disaster!

      20 years a customer, and now looking elsewhere! Shocking, I know, but all the nearby retail stores closed when they filed for bankruptcy a few years back and I've been ordering online ever since. That has all come to an end now that it appears their website tactic is to sell you what products they can manage to keep in stock and then abandon you! I called 3x in 3 days to return a duplicate order and reached a human once! That human promised to send an email with the return instructions. Yes, you probably guessed, it's going on 48 hours later and no email (YES, I checked spam and junk folders). Tried to call a 4th time today, but it was after-hours so tried to leave feedback on their online form since they don't have a dedicated **************** email address. Gave up on that after 5 attempts as each time I tried it said I was missing required data even though every entry point was filled in and none exceeded the character limitations! Taking my $ elsewhere and advise you to do the same. They've done a great job to make any inquiry difficult. Furthermore, they have this thing called "Your Favorites" for quick reorder...the only thing is that the products constantly change and/or are never in stock. Seems like some serious cost cutting measures taking place and if their products are any reflection of this situation, it might be a good idea to stop taking any taking and all their store branded items. ******************* owns Vitamin World and was trading at $32.25/share in Jan, 2021. Currently, the stock (***** * *** *****) is trading at $8.60/share. Draw your own conclusions but my mind is definitely made up. Read the other reviews here as I agree with both **** * and the 15 year customer, **************** That's 35 years of being a VM customer giving a ****** (because ****** isn't an option) with the BBB. Bai bai Vitamin World!
