Purchase two bottles of quercetin. Bottles had seal missing. ************** ******* said they would replace a week and a half ago. Received two calls from two rude customer service people. One by the name of *****. Extremely rude and condescending. I would like my two bottles of quercetin replaced. They should keep the promise they made to replace the quercetin. After all I have bought their product for years.

    Better Business Bureau:

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# ********, and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

    [Your Answer Here]

I just received an email stating that the company is mailing me a replacement. This is different from the better Business bureau response. I took a picture of the bottle before I threw it away I didn't want myself or my husband grabbing the open one by mistake. Now this changes everything am I or am I not going to get a replacement bottle? I do not have anything to give this company except the photographs that I've already given this company

In order for the BBB to appropriately process your response, you MUST answer the question above.
