    I was an existing subscriber to *********** but the monthly print issues stopped arriving in March 2023. I received a notice to renew and sent a check for a 2-year print renewal for $77.95 on Feb. 2, 2023. The check was immediately cashed but I never received anymore print issues. I tried calling the CQ Communications support line but no one would answer the line for several months. I continued to call and eventually I was able to leave a message a year later explaining my subscription problem. I never received a callback and left additional messages. I eventually left messages on Feb. 6, 2024, March 8, 2024 and April 25, 2024. I never received any callbacks from any of the messages I left.

    August 9, 2023 I ordered a one-year subscription to CQ Magazine and a CQ Calendar. I have not received either one, not a single issue. I have asked for a refund, but I got no reply.     On October 30, 2023 I placed an order for a magazine hard copy subscription for my handicapped brother. The order number is *****. Being that my brother is handicapped, I just found out that he has never received this subscription. I have called and left 2 phone messages but not gotten any response. I checked back to the website today and unfortunately it is still taking orders for this magazine subscription hard copy. I just want a refund or the subscription to be mailed.

    I purchased an item from CQ online on November 18, 2023. The payment was processed by CQ and the money was taken from my account. In the meantime, the purchased product has never been received. Upon contacting CQ via phone and email, there has been no response. Their website has been taken down and I have no way to get my money back.

    My daughter purchased a one year magazine subscription to ** MAGAZINE for me as a Christmas gift and no magazine received yet. In checking into this, saw many other similar concerns on the web. My tipping point to send this formal complaint to you was that the ** Magazine websites are now all off line.

    I purchased a printed edition subscription for my father during the holidays (Dec. 22nd, 2023) and have not received anything since then. I have reached out in email and have gotten nothing in return. Further research shows that CQ magazine has not been keeping up with subscriptions and as such I would like a refund of the ***** that I spent. Without any response from the business, and their website not equipped to facilitate proper refunds, I don't know where else to turn.Order # is *****
