I ordered a three year subscription of print and digital starting October 2022. I received print issues up until February 2023, and then the print stopped. I continue to receive digital. If this company does not intend to provide what I had paid for I want my subscription canceled and fully refunded.Customer Answer

This is/was for a two year subscription to CQ armature radio magazine, order was received & paid for in August 2023. As of this date 1/17/2024 i have received nothing. CQ has stopped publishing their magazine. I am seeking a refund of for the 7 issues I have not received.I have not received any information about this issue from the company. Apparently the editor admits they have ceased publication due to lack of money.Customer Answer

I sent in a subscription for CQ Magazine on Aug. 1, 2023. This was for 36 month. Cost $111.95. Order number *****. Have not received any copies of the magazine. Made several phone calls, got a answering machine, left my phone number. Haven't heard back from them. Also sent several e-mail, didn't get a reply, on those either. Would like a refund. I subscribed to CQ Magazine back in June of 2023 for one year for the digital *********** was order number *****. I received the June through October editions in digital format which is 5 issues. I have not received the November issue or the December issue. I know that CQ was having problems with the print edition but they assured me there was no problem with the digital edition. I'd like to know what happened to the 2 digital editions I have not received. If they can't produce any more digital additions, then I would like a refund for editions I will not be receiving. My request for subscription began in early Nov, 2022. I wanted the print edition not an online alternative. It was a "special" of a few dollars less than regular price and I paid $39.95..and now I see why it was a "special." It was about Feb of 2023 that I first contacted by email about my magazines which never arrived. They apologized, said the print house was behind and the issues would be coming. They sent an electronic copy which I didn't want originally and didn't want then either. About the end of Feb, I received the Jan 2023 issue followed about a month later with Feb...and now I have two issues and it's the end of March. Those two editions are all I got. The year carried on and I continued to email the circulation **** and continued to get the same excuse that the print house was behind and the issues would be coming. It turned into late Aug and I again sent an email, to the same address as I had been. It came back "undeliverable." I sent emails to every email I could find, about three others and either got no response or a can't deliver again. So I went to the phone about the beginning of Oct 2023. I made four calls and never got a person and the only message was either "I'm away from my desk....etc" and then a few weeks later, "mailbox is full." I read all the other complaints and it seemed like the only way anyone was getting contact and refunds was thru the BBB in NY. **** is my complaint to added to the others. I want a full refund $39.95, from all the issues I didn't receive and the hours I spent emailing and phoning with no responses.Customer Answer

On Dec. 8 2022, I paid to renew my annual print and digital subscription to CQ magazine. The renewal period was to begin in March of 2023. Beginning in March, I stopped receiving the print edition. As of November 2023 (8 months) I have not received print editions of the magazine. Beginning in October 2023 I stopped receiving digital issue. I have called many times. One time in April 2023 I got a lady on the phone and she told me my missing March and April print issue would arrive within a week. They did not. Since April of 2023 I have called numerous times and left detailed voice messages about my missing print issues. I've also sent numerous emails reporting a problem and asking for a resolution. Since April I have not had a single reply to a voice mail or an email. In October, when my digital issue was not delivered I emailed again asking for a refund of my subscription or an extension. I explained that if I did not get a response within one week I would report CQ Communications to the BBB. I received no response. I paid $61.95 for 12 print and 12 digital issues. 9 months into my subscription I have received 7 digital issues and no print issues. There was a point I would have been pleased with an extension of my subscription to compensate for missing issues. But at this point, with there total lack of regard for my numerous attempts to speak to anyone about this, I'd rather have my money back and severe ties with CQ Communications.Customer Answer

I do receive notifications for the on-line magazine, this isnt the problem - the problem is with the paper magazine copy subscription that I dont receive regularly ( I received one copy back in March 2023). If CQ offers me an extension on my on-line subscription in lieu of the paper subscription I willl accept that offer, as I see no way to resolve the paper copy issues. Thanks BBB for your help.

I purchased the printed magazine option and they have never delivered a single issue. I have only received two back issues in PDF format via email since my purchase. No further digital formats of the magazine and zero printed since my purchase in July 2023. No replies from my emails inquiring about the situation, or my last email requesting a refund. I would like to recieve my magazines, but it appears a refund if the only solution at this point.Customer Answer
