    I subscribed to CQ Magazine two months ago, and the Website to subscribe stated I should receive the first issue within 3 weeks, that was two months ago. My debit card was charged immediately. I have contacted CQ via email to customer service, circulation, the editor and others on two occasions and received no response. After leaving another email last night, I called today only to get a voice mail, to leave a message. Every voice mail box of staff that I attempted was full and unable to accept any messages.If there are delays in circulation, then why aren't they notifying customers, this is highly irregular. They took my money but provided no product.The irony is that I continue to get emails weekly for offers for magazines and books from this company but stye cannot return my emails or calls.SHAME ON YOU CQ Magazine

    Better Business Bureau:

    I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is semi-satisfactory to me and the matter has been resolved, however I really wished the business had contacted me, this was easily resolved, but I NEVER got responded to on my emails. There was a simple solution without getting the BBB, and the bank involved, reach out to the customer.

    I am sorely disappointed and find no pleasure reporting businesses. This business continues to spam mail me with offers for products, DAILY, yet a simple response to an email could have solved the issue. Very sad

    I have been trying for more than two years to get paid for eleven articles I wrote that were published by the magazine between September 2018 and June of 2020. At first the editor responded to my inquiries, stating that they're "working on it"; I received the same answer for more than a year until they stopped replying altogether (which is why I'm trying this route).
